Tricity (or Tri-City, in Polish Trójmiasto, in Kashubian Trzëgard) is an urban area consisting of three Polish cities: Gdańsk, Gdynia and Sopot. They are situated adjacent to one other, in a row, on the coast of the Gdańsk Bay, Baltic Sea, in Pomerelia, northern Poland. The Tricity metropolitan area has a population of over 1 million people.
Sopot
Sopot is a seaside town in Eastern Pomerania on the southern coast of the Baltic Sea in northern Poland, with a population of approximately 40,000. Sopot is a city with powiat (county) status, in Pomeranian Voivodeship. Until 1999 it was in Gdańsk Voivodeship. It lies between the larger cities of Gdańsk (Danzig) (to the south-east) and Gdynia (to the north), the three towns together making up the metropolitan agglomeration called Trójmiasto.
Oliwa
Oliwa, also Oliva is one of the quarters of Gdańsk, Poland. From east it borders Przymorze and Żabianka, from the north Sopot and from the south with the districts of Strzyża, VII Dwór and Brętowo, while from the west with Matarnia and Osowa. It is known for its medieval monastery, the 1627 Battle of Oliva and the 1660 Peace of Oliva.
Jelitkowo
Jelitkowo (german Glettkau) is one of the quarters of the city of Gdańsk, just south of Sopot, Poland. Located on the sea side, with beautiful sandy beaches, the town became known as an Ostsee-Bad Glettkau, a Baltic Sea. Some important hotels, windsurfing schools, and centers of water sports are in today's Jelitkowo. In the past, an old tram route ran from Danzig, the main city, to the tram loop in Glettkau. It now runs from Gdańsk to Jelitkowo.

Hala Olivia
Hala Olivia is an arena in Gdańsk, Poland. It is primarily used for ice hockey and is the home of Stoczniowiec Gdansk. The basketball club Prokom Gdynia also used the facility for home Euroleague fixtures. Hala Olivia opened in 1970 and holds 5,500 people. The arena hosted a preliminary round group of the EuroBasket 2009. It is near is Gdańsk University.

Hala Stulecia Sopotu
Hala Stulecia Sopotu (Polish: 100 Years of Sopot Hall) is a basketball arena in Sopot, Poland, which hosts the Polish domestic league matches of the professional club Asseco Prokom Gdynia. The arena has a seating capacity of 2,000 people. Prokom was also forced to use this arena for several of its 2007-08 Euroleague regular season home fixtures after its normal home for Euroleague play, Hala Olivia in Gdańsk, was closed due to structural problems.

Swelinia
Swelinia, also known as Swelina or (in German) Grenzfluß, is a name of a brook between Northern part of Sopot and Southern Gdynia. Original Slavic name Swelinia occurred first time in documents from 13th century (Rivulum qui Swelina dicitur, "a creek known as Swelina"), but subsequently that name was not used in any official documents or maps until it was mentioned again in the Geographic Dictionary of Kingdom of Poland in 1888. The brook was always a border between Sopot and other territories.
Ergo Arena
Ergo Arena (Hala Gdańsk-Sopot) is a multi-purpose indoor arena, that was opened in 2010. The boundary between two cities – Sopot and Gdańsk – runs through the very middle of the hall. The arena has a capacity of 11,409 people, for sports events and up to 15,000, with standing places, for concerts. On November 26, Lady Gaga performed during The Monster Ball Tour, with Semi Precious Weapons as her opening act, to more than 12,000 people. It was the first big event to take place in the hall.

The Krzywy Domek is an irregularly-shaped building in Sopot, Poland. Its name translates into English as the Crooked House. The Krzywy Domek was built in 2004. It is approximately 4,000 square meters in size and is part of the Rezydent shopping center. It was designed by Szotyńscy & Zaleski who were inspired by the fairytale illustrations and drawings of Jan Marcin Szancer and Per Dahlberg. It can be entered from either Monte Cassino or Morska Streets.

Bohaterów Monte Cassino Street
Ulica Bohaterów Monte Cassino (Heroes of Monte Cassino Street) is the main street of Sopot, Poland, running west to east from Aleja Niepodległości (Independence Avenue), near the railway station, to Plac Zdrojowy (Spa Square), near the seafront and pier. It is an entirely pedestrian area with no cars allowed. Residential property surrounding the street is in a minority - there are mainly restaurants, cafes, clubs and shops.
Abbot's Palace (Oliwa)
The Abbots' Palace in Oliwa (Polish: Pałac Opatów w Oliwie) is a roccoco palace in Oliwa, a quarter of Gdańsk (Danzig). The first portion of the palace, the "Old Palace" was constructed in the 15th century. Later, in the first half of the sixteen hundreds a "New Palace" was added, which served as the residency of the then abbot of the Cistercians, Jan Grabiński. The final additions to the palace were made between 1754 and 1756, and were funded by another Cisterian abbot, Jacek Rybiński.
