Wellington
Wellington is the capital city and second most populous urban area of New Zealand. It is at the southwestern tip of the North Island, between Cook Strait and the Rimutaka Range. It is home to 395,600 residents. The Wellington urban area is the major population centre of the southern North Island, and is the seat of the Wellington Region – which in addition to the urban area covers the Kapiti Coast and Wairarapa.

The building, located on 100 Willis Street is 116 metres high and has 29 storeys, making it the ninth tallest skyscraper building in New Zealand, along with the ASB Bank Centre in Auckland.

St Mary of the Angels, Wellington
St Mary of the Angels is a Catholic church on the corner of Boulcott and Willis Street in Wellington, New Zealand. It is the parish church for Wellington Central. The building is classified as a Category I ("places of 'special or outstanding historical or cultural heritage significance or value'") historic place by the New Zealand Historic Places Trust. The current building was opened in 1922, and is the third church built on the Boulcott Street site.

The building currently houses the New Zealand Academy of Fine Arts.

Wellington Town Hall
The Wellington Town Hall is a concert hall and part of the municipal complex in Wellington, New Zealand. The foundation stone for the building was laid in 1901 and construction began the following year. It was officially opened on 7 December 1904. The Town Hall was originally fronted (on the Cuba Street side) with a Roman styled portico and a 150 foot clock tower. A clock was not installed in the tower until 1922, when John Blundell, owner of the Evening Post newspaper, donated one.

The Mutual Life & Citizens Assurance Company Building (also known as Richard Ellis House or the MLC building) is a building located on the corner of Lambton Quay, Hunter Street and Featherston Street in Wellington, New Zealand. The MLC building was completed in 1940 at a cost of £101,494 by W.M. Angus Ltd. for the, Australian-based insurance company, Mutual Life and Citizens Assurance Company.
AMP Society Building
AMP Society Building is a historic building on Customhouse Quay, Wellington, New Zealand. The Australian Mutual Provident society was founded in 1849 and established a branch on Featherston Street, Wellington in 1871. The AMP Society Building was built in 1928, and features a classical facade of grey New Zealand granite and sandstone from the Hawkesbury River in New South Wales.

Old Bank Arcade
The Old Bank Arcade (also known as the Bank of New Zealand building) is a historic building on Lambton Quay, Wellington, New Zealand. The building, designed by Thomas Turnbull, is located on the site of Plimmer's Ark. The only bank building of the group specifically commissioned by the Bank of New Zealand, its solid mass has long been a landmark, wrapping itself around the corner of its prominent wedge-shaped site.
Carrigafoyle, Wellington
The Carrigafoyle (meaning "on a rock overlooking water") is a historic building in Wellington, New Zealand. The house was designed by Penty & Blake Carrigafoyle for Elizabeth O'Connor, daughter of the Hon John Martin (who Martinborough is named after), a member of the Legislative Council. The building was restored in the 1980s by Rex Nicholls (a former Deputy Mayor). It is flanked by an art deco building bearing the same name.

Originally designed as the headquarters of The Dominion Post newspaper, it is now home to a mix of apartments, offices and retail areas. A distinctive 7 storey building of some elegance, The Dominion has a frontage of stone imported from Caen in France and interiors of Queensland maple. The building follows the bend in the road.
