Buda

Buda is the western part of the Hungarian capital Budapest on the west bank of the Danube. The name Buda takes its name from the name of Bleda the Hun ruler, whose name is also Buda in Hungarian. Buda comprises about one-third of Budapest's complete territory and is mostly wooded and hilly. Notable landmarks include the Buda Castle and the Citadella. The Hungarian president's residence, Sándor Palace, is also in Buda.

Petőfi híd or Petőfi Bridge (named after Sándor Petőfi, old name is Horthy Miklós Bridge, named after governor Miklós Horthy) is a bridge in Budapest, connecting Pest and Buda across the Danube. Rákóczi Bridge (Hungarian: Rákóczi híd, formerly known as Lágymányosi híd / Lágymányosi Bridge) is a bridge in Budapest, Hungary, connecting the settlements of Buda and Pest across the Danube. The construction of the steel girder bridge was started in 1992 to the plans of Tibor Sigrai. It is named after the Rákóczi family. People's Park (Budapest)

Népliget is located in Budapest, Hungary. It is a central bus station for coaches. In front of the bus station, there is a large, open field which is practically called the Népliget, but Hungarians tend to use Népliget in relation with the bus centre. Beside the coach station and the park itself, Népliget is also noted for the Planetarium. The 3rd Metro line (North-South line) in Budapest has a stop there. A38 (ship)

A38 is the reincarnation of an Ukrainian stone-carrier ship. With its inauguration on 30 April 2003, it started a new life on the Danube in Budapest, Hungary as a cultural venue. Since its opening it has become one of Budapest's most important venues, and according to artists' feedback, one of Europe's coolest clubs. The programming of the ship is very broad in terms of styles and genres but consistent in quality standards. The A38 is a member of the Trans Europe Halles organization.

The Wekerle estate is a part of Budapest's XIX. district. Kispest, formerly a suburb was administratively attached to Budapest in 1950 along with several other settlements of Greater Budapest.
