Gdańsk
Gdańsk is a Polish city on the Baltic coast, the capital of the Pomeranian Voivodeship, Poland's principal seaport and the center of the country's fourth-largest metropolitan area. The Free City of Danzig (German: Freie Stadt Danzig; Polish: Wolne Miasto Gdańsk) was a semi-autonomous city-state that existed between 1920 and 1939, consisting of the Baltic Sea port of Danzig and surrounding areas. Motława is a river in Eastern Pomerania in Poland. The source is in Szpegawskie lake, northeast from Starogard Gdański. It goes through Rokickie lake, and goes to Leniwka. Third Millennium John Paul II Bridge
The Third Millennium John Paul II Bridge is a cable-stayed road bridge which spans the Martwa Wisła River in Gdańsk, Poland. The bridge forms an inverted “Y”-shape with a 100-metre-tall pylon. It is the longest cable-stayed bridge in Poland supported by a single pylon. The bridge links the Northern Port of Gdańsk with the national road network and is the first section of the future by-pass road of the city of Gdańsk.
