Lansing Craft Centre
The Lansing Craft Centre was a specialized General Motors automobile assembly factory in Lansing Township, Michigan. The plant started production (as the Reatta Craft Centre) in 1987 and closed in 2006. At the time of its closure, the plant was 985,000 square feet in size, and employed 400 workers. The facility was originally built by GM as a foundry in 1919, and sat across Saginaw Street from the Lansing Metal Center.
J. W. Sexton High School
J. W. Sexton High School is a public school located on the western edge of Lansing, Michigan, United States, in the Lansing School District. The principal is currently Sandra Noecker. The Sexton Big Reds are members of the Capital Area Activities Conference. The school has a fierce rivalry with the Everett Vikings of Everett High School on the south side of the city. In March 2012 the Lansing School District announced that Sexton would house 7-12 grades beginning in the 2012-2013 school year.

Lansing Mall is an enclosed shopping mall located in Delta Charter Township, Michigan, United States, just outside Lansing, the state capital of Michigan. Opened in July 1969, the mall comprises 830,052 square feet of gross leasable area, with more than 100 stores and restaurants, as well as a food court. Anchor stores include T.J. Maxx, JCPenney, Macy's, and Younkers. Lansing Mall is managed and owned by Rouse Properties, one of the largest mall owners in the United States.
Lansing Metal Center
The Lansing Metal Center was a General Motors foundry located in Lansing Township, Michigan directly across Saginaw Street from the Lansing Craft Centre. It was originally built as a jet engine manufacturing plant in 1952 and shuttered in 2006. Upon its closing, the plant was 1,590,000 square feet in size, and employed 1,200. General Motors began the demolition of the plant in February 2008.

The Michigan Hall of Justice, also known as the Michigan Supreme Court Building is a six-story structure at 925 Ottawa Street in Lansing, Michigan. It is constructed in the postmodern style and faced with over 14,000 limestone panels. The building was designed by Spillis Candella and Albert Kahn Associates, Inc. The building contains a total of 280,000 sq ft houses the Michigan Supreme Court, state court administrative offices and a 3,800 sq ft learning center.
