Tomares
Tomares is one of the municipalities in Seville's metro area in Andalusia, Spain. It is located two kilometers west of Seville. The population is approximately 19,000 (2003 census).
Coria del Río
Coria del Río is a small town near Seville, on the shores of Guadalquivir river. It is popularly known because there are some descendants of the first-ever Japanese official envoy to Spain. Early in the 17th Century Daimyo Date Masamune of Sendai sent a delegation led by Hasekura Tsunenaga to Europe. An embassy was then set up and six samurai stayed on. Approximately 700 of Coria's 25,000 residents use the surname Japón (originally Hasekura de Japón), identifying them as their descendants.

Castilleja de la Cuesta
Castilleja de la Cuesta is a town and municipality in the province of Seville, in the autonomous community of Andalusia, Spain. Hernán Cortés died in this town on December 2, 1547. He is not buried there however, because his remains were returned to Mexico as directed in his will. They currently rest in the "Templo de Jesús" which is part of the Hospital de Jesús Nazareno in Mexico City. It was the birthplace of actor and dancer Eduardo Cansino, Sr.
Triana, Seville
Triana is a neighbourhood and administrative district on the west bank of the Guadalquivir River in the city of Seville, Spain. Like other neighborhoods that were historically separated from the main city, it was known as an arrabal. Los Remedios is a district of Seville, the regional capital of Andalusia, Spain. It is located on the Isla de La Cartuja, south of the district of Triana, between two forks of the Guadalquivir river. It is linked by bridge to the city centre and the districts of Distrito Sur and Bellavista-La Palmera. From the western side of the island, it is linked by road bridge to the city of San Juan de Aznalfarache and shares a boundary in the Guadalquivir with the city of Gelves.

The Costurero de la Reina (literally, the Queen's sewing box) is a building constructed in the late nineteenth century in the gardens of the Palace of San Telmo, now the Maria Luisa Park in Seville, Spain. This unique building takes the form of a small hexagonal castle with turrets at the corners. The building was the guard house or garden retreat. It is the oldest building in Seville in the neomudéjar style.
Treasure of El Carambolo
The Treasure of El Carambolo (Spanish: Tesoro del Carambolo) was found in El Carambolo, Spain, 3 kilometers west of Seville, on 30 September 1958. The discovery of the treasure hoard spurred interest in the Tartessos culture, but recent scholars have debated whether the treasure was a product of local culture or of the Phoenicians. The treasure was found during renovations being made at a pigeon shooting society.
