Palestinian territories

The Palestinian territories or occupied Palestinian territories (OPT or oPt) comprise the West Bank and the Gaza Strip. Neve Yaakov

Neve Yaakov also Neve Ya'aqov, (lit. Jacob's Oasis), is a neighborhood located in northern East Jerusalem, north of Pisgat Ze'ev and south of al-Ram. Established in 1924 during the period of the British Mandate, it was abandoned during the 1948 Arab-Israeli War. The area was captured by Israel in the Six Day War and a new neighborhood was built there, at which time international opposition to its legitimacy began.

Ramallah Friends Schools

The Ramallah Friends Schools are two elite Private Schools founded by Quakers in the city of Ramallah, in the West Bank. Ramallah and al-Bireh Governorate

The Ramallah and al-Bireh Governorate is one of 16 Governorates of the West Bank and Gaza Strip. It covers a large part of the central West Bank, on the northern border of the Jerusalem Governorate. Ofer Prison, formerly officially known as Incarceration Facility 385 (מתקן כליאה 385), is an Israeli incarceration facility (מתקן כליאה mitkan kli'a, abbr. Matak) located in the West Bank, between Ramallah/Beituniya and Giv'at Ze'ev. It is one of three facilities of the same nature, including the Megiddo and Ktzi'ot prisons. Ofer Prison is run by the Israel Prison Service and like the other two facilities, used to be operated by the Israel Defense Forces' Military Police Corps.

Sultan Ibrahim Ibn Adham Mosque

The Sultan Ibrahim Ibn Adham Mosque is the largest mosque in the Palestinian town of Beit Hanina, located northeast of Jerusalem. It is named after a Muslim who lived in the town and worked as collector of olive products. An engraving in a stone in front of the mosque reads, "this mosque was built by Suwaid Abul Hamayel in the year 336 after Hijrah". The area of the mosque was expanded in 1938 by the residents of Beit Hanina. In 1993, a boys primary school was built alongside the mosque.

Giv'at Asaf

Giv'at Asaf is an Israeli outpost in the West Bank. Located 3.5 kilometres from the settlement of Beit El, it falls under the jurisdiction of the Mateh Binyamin Regional Council. Jamal Abdel Nasser Mosque

Jamal Abdel Nasser Mosque is the largest mosque in Ramallah, in the central West Bank. Located in the Downtown district of the city, the mosque is named after the late Egyptian president and Arab leader Gamal Abdel Nasser. Highway 45 (Israel)

Highway 45 is the official designation of a 3.4 km stretch of highway forming a continuous connection between Route 443 from Lod via the Ben Shemen Interchange and Highway 50 (Begin Expressway) to central Jerusalem. At its junction with Highway 50, the officially numbered "45" takes a 90-degree turn eastwards running 0.8 km to the Atarot Industrial Zone. Originally, the road was supposed to originate in the Dan Region, passing slightly north of Beit Horon and Beit Ur al-Fauqa.
