Berlin, New Hampshire
Berlin is a city along the Androscoggin River in Coos County in northern New Hampshire, United States. The population was 10,051 at the 2010 census. It includes the village of Cascade. Located on the edge of the White Mountains, the city's boundaries extend into the White Mountain National Forest. Berlin is home to the Moffett House, Northern Forest Heritage Park, the Berlin Fish Hatchery, and the White Mountains Community College, a member of the Community College System of New Hampshire.
Cascade, New Hampshire
Cascade is a village within the city of Berlin and the town of Gorham, New Hampshire, United States. The village gets its name from a nearby alpine waterfall, which is visible in the hills to the east. The village straddles New Hampshire Route 16, the main road into Berlin from the south. On the eastern side of the road, there is a paper finishing mill located on flatlands by the Androscoggin River known as "Cascade Flats". On the western side there is a hill known as "Cascade Hill".

Berlin High School is a public, co-educational high school located in Berlin, New Hampshire, that was established in 1884-1885. It also serves the towns of Dummer, Errol, and Milan. During its lifetime, the school has been in four different buildings, two of them burning down. The fourth and newest building, on Willard Street, was built in 1972.

The Dead River is a 3.5-mile-long river located entirely in the city of Berlin in northern New Hampshire in the United States. It is a tributary of the Androscoggin River, which flows south and east into Maine, joining the Kennebec River near the Atlantic Ocean. The Abenaki Indians called the Dead River Plumpetoosuc, which means "shallow, narrow river with swift current".

WEVC (107.1 FM) is a radio station licensed to Gorham, New Hampshire. The station is owned by New Hampshire Public Radio, and is an affiliate of their public radio network. The station signed on in May 1995 as commercial station WXLQ. The station carried country music and classic rock formats during its five years of commercial operation. In 1999, founder Gladys Powell sold the station to NHPR, which made it part of its network on January 10, 2000.
