Paseo de la Reforma
Paseo de la Reforma is a wide avenue that runs in a straight line, cutting diagonally across Mexico City. It was designed by Ferdinand von Rosenzweig in the 1860s and modeled after the great boulevards of Europe, such as Vienna's Ringstrasse or the Champs-Élysées in Paris. It was Emperor Maximilian's wish to directly link his Imperial residence, Chapultepec Castle, with the National Palace in the city center.
Metro Balderas
Metro Balderas is an underground station on the Mexico City Metro. It is located in the Cuauhtémoc borough in the center of Mexico City. It is a transfer station along Lines 1 and 3. The station logo depicts the colonial-era cannon preserved on the nearby Plaza de La Ciudadela. Nearby Metro Balderas are some interesting places, like La Ciudadela market, filled with Mexican handicrafts, the José Vasconcelos Central Library of Mexico City, and facilities of broadcaster Televisa.

Insurgentes is a station on the Mexico City Metro. It is located at the crossing of Avenida Insurgentes and Avenida Chapultepec in Mexico City's Cuauhtémoc borough, close to the Zona Rosa shopping and entertainment district. The station logo depicts the church bell of Dolores Hidalgo, a symbol of the start of the Mexican War of Independence (1810) and the eleven-year-long insurgency that followed. It is located in the Cuauhtémoc borough of Mexico City, west of the city centre, on Hidalgo Avenue and serves the Colonia Tabacalera, Colonia Guerrero, and Colonia Centro districts. The station's name and logo evoke Miguel Hidalgo, the chief instigator of the Mexican War of Independence of 1810, after whom the nearby avenue is named. The station was opened along Line 2 on 14 September 1970.

Metro Cuauhtémoc is a metro (subway) station on the Mexico City Metro. It is located at the northern extreme of Avenida Cuauhtémoc, in the Cuauhtémoc borough, in the centre of Mexico City. The station logo depicts the head of an eagle. The station, avenue, and borough were all named after the Aztec Emperor Cuauhtémoc, whose name means "descending eagle" in Nahuatl.
Metro Revolución
Metro Revolución is a station on Line 2 of the Mexico City Metro system. It is located in the Colonia Tabacalera and Colonia Buenavista districts in the Cuauhtémoc borough of Mexico City, northwest of the city centre, on Avenida Puente de Alvarado. It was first opened to the public on 14 September 1970. The station logo and name come from the nearby Monumento a la Revolución, which opened in 1938.

Metro Juárez is a metro station on the Mexico City Metro. It is located in the Cuauhtémoc borough of Mexico City. The station logo depicts the bust of Benito Juárez (1806-1872), a Mexican lawyer and politician of Zapotec origin from Oaxaca who served five terms as the president of Mexico: 1858–1861 as interim, then 1861–1865, 1865–1867, 1867–1871 and 1871–1872 as constitutional president. This station's name, along with Metro Guelatao, refers to this Mexican politician.

The Escuela de Periodismo Carlos Septién García (EPCSG - School of Journalism Carlos Septién García) was the first Mexican \teducational institution of journalism. It was originally founded by Luis Beltrán y Mendoza, supported by the Acción Católica Mexicana, on May 30, 1939, and achieved certification of the Secretaría de Educación Pública on July 2, 1976. The school was named after its second director.
Salón de la Plástica Mexicana
Salón de la Plástica Mexicana (Hall of Mexican Fine Art) is an institution dedicated to the promotion of Mexican contemporary art. It was established in 1949 to expand the Mexican art market. Its first location was in historic center of the city but today it mostly operates out of a building in Colonia Roma. Colonia Tabacalera
Colonia Tabacalera is a colonia or neighborhood in the Cuauhtémoc borough of Mexico City, on the western border of the city's historic center. It was created in the late 19th century along with other nearby colonias such as Colonia San Rafael and Colonia Santa María la Ribera. From the early 20th century, it became a mixture of mansions and apartment buildings, with major constructions such as the now Monument to the Revolution and the El Moro skyscraper built in the first half of the century.

Casa Lamm Cultural Center
The Casa Lamm Cultural Center is the best known landmark in Colonia Roma. It was a house built in the early 20th century when Colonia Roma was a new neighborhood for the wealthy leaving the historic center of Mexico City. In the 1990s, the house was restored to open as a cultural center in 1994, with the aim of making the area a center for the visual arts. Today, it hosts numerous exhibits as well as offering classes, even degrees, in art and literature.
La Romita
La Romita is a small neighborhood located in the Colonia Roma section of Mexico City. The area began as an independent pre Hispanic village called Aztacalco, later renamed Romita. When the area around the village was redeveloped into housing for the wealthy, the village resisted and remained separate socially although officially part of Colonia Roma. During the 20th century the area had a reputation for being dangerous as it residents were relatively poor.
