Chapultepec

Álvaro Obregón is one of the 16 delegaciones (boroughs) into which Mexico's Federal District is divided. It contains a large portion of the south-west part of Mexico City. La Magdalena Contreras is one of the 16 delegaciones (boroughs) into which Mexico's Federal District is divided. An official Mexican Interior Ministry aircraft crashed in central Mexico City at around 18:45 local time on November 4, 2008. Mexican Secretary of the Interior Juan Camilo Mouriño, who was aboard the plane, was killed in the crash, along with the other seven people on board and at least six people on the ground. The plane crashed in rush-hour traffic close to the intersection of Paseo de la Reforma and the Anillo Periférico, in the Las Lomas residential and business district.
