Greenville is the affluent seat of Greenville County, in upstate South Carolina, United States. Greenville is the sixth largest municipality in the state of South Carolina but has the third largest urban area in the state. One of the principal cities of the Greenville-Anderson-Mauldin Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA), it had a municipal population of 61,674 and an urban population of 400,492 as of the 2010 census.

The Greenville Memorial Auditorium was a 7,500-seat multi-purpose arena in Greenville, South Carolina, USA. It hosted local sporting events and concerts, until the Bi-Lo Center opened in 1997. It was a prime spot for professional wrestling throughout its history, especially in the 70's and 80's, with NWA Jim Crockett Promotions cards held every Monday night. It hosted the Southern Conference men's basketball tournaments in 1972, 1975, and 1976.

McAlister Square is a repositioned shopping mall in Greenville, South Carolina. The mall opened in 1968, featuring anchor stores Ivey's and Meyers-Arnold. A Belk-Simpson department store was added in 1974, bringing the mall to approximately 500,000 square feet of leasable space. A Winn-Dixie grocery store, movie theater and bank branch were outparcels.
Overbrook (Greenville, South Carolina)
Overbrook is a neighborhood in Greenville, South Carolina. It is a neighborhood built in 1913 upon expansion of the trolley line that was extended into the area three years earlier. Bungalow homes were built in this area from 1913 to 1924. Developed by the Woodside brothers, who had made their fortunes managing the Woodside Cotton Mill, at one point the largest textile plant in the World.
