Voorburg

Pijnacker has two stops on the Randstadrail Erasmuslijn between The Hague and Rotterdam: Pijnacker and Pijnacker-Zuid. Pijnacker was a separate municipality until 2002, when it merged with Nootdorp.

Eastern Gate (Delft)
The Eastern Gate (Oostpoort) in Delft, an example of Brick Gothic northern European architecture, was built around 1400. Around 1510 the towers were enhanced with an additional octagonal floor and high spires. This is the only city gate remaining in Delft; the others were demolished in the 19th century. It currently serves as an art gallery and private residence.
Leidschenveen-Ypenburg
Leidschenveen-Ypenburg is a Vinex-location in and district of The Hague, located in the southeast. It is geographically connected to the main body of the city by only a narrow corridor. It consists of four quarters: Hoornwijk and Ypenburg on the southwest of the A12 motorway and parallel railway to Utrecht, and Forepark and Leidschenveen on the northeast. Since 2005 the district has its own railway station, Den Haag Ypenburg, situated on the Gouda–Den Haag railway.

Forum Hadriani
Forum Hadriani, at the modern town of Voorburg, was the northern-most Roman city on the European continent and the second oldest city of The Netherlands. It was located in the Roman province Germania Inferior and is mentioned on the Tabula Peutingeriana, a Roman road map. The site Forum Hadriani formed the nucleus of the civitas of the Cananefates, who lived west of the Batavians. It was situated along the Fossa Corbulonis or Corbulo-canal.
Kyocera Stadion
Kyocera Stadion is a multi-use stadium in The Hague, the Netherlands, designed by Zwarts & Jansma Architects. Completed in 2007, the stadium is used mostly for football and field hockey. It is also the home stadium of ADO Den Haag. It has a capacity of 15,000 people, and replaced ADO's former stadium Zuiderpark which was considerably smaller.

Duivenvoorde Castle is a castle in the town of Voorschoten, South Holland, in the Netherlands. It was first mentioned in 1226, making it one of the oldest castles in South Holland. The castle is remarkable in that it has never been sold, which can be said of very few Dutch castles. It has passed by inheritance through several noble houses, sometimes through the matrilineal line.

Veur is a former municipality in the Dutch province of South Holland. It covered the northwestern part of the current town of Leidschendam. Veur was a separate municipality between 1817 and 1938, when it merges with Stompwijk to form the new municipality of Leidschendam.

Vrijenban is a former municipality in the Dutch province of South Holland. It was located northeast of the city of Delft. The municipality was established in 1817. In 1855, it was merged with Abtsregt. In 1921, it became part of Delft.

Amstelhof
The Amstelhof (English: Amstel court), is a former retirement home and now home to the Hermitage Amsterdam museum. It was built near the Amstel river in 1682 by the diaconate of the Dutch Reformed Church after having received an inheritance of the rich merchant Barent Helleman. He died on 18 October 1680 and left approximately 90,000 guilders to the church. The city of Amsterdam donated the land on which it was built.
Vliet (canal)
The Vliet is a canal in the Netherlands, in the province of South Holland. It starts at the Oude Rijn at Leiden and joins the Delfshavense Schie canal at Delft. Places along its banks include Voorschoten, Leidschendam, Voorburg, The Hague and Rijswijk. The canal was dug in 47 AD under command of Roman general Corbulo, who wished to connect river Rhine, of which the current Oude Rijn stream in Roman times was the main branch, to the Meuse estuary.
Sportpark Westvliet
Sportpark Westvliet is a cricket ground in Voorburg, the Netherlands. The first recorded match on the ground came in 2010 when the Afghanistan played Scotland in a warm-up match for the 2010 World Cricket League Division One, which the Netherlands hosted. Despite having a boundary which is too short on one side, which is contrary to International Cricket Council regulation, the ground was nevertheless approved to hold One Day Internationals during the World Cricket League tournament.

Villa Rozenrust is a restaurant located in Leidschendam, in the Netherlands. It is a former fine dining restaurant that was awarded one Michelin star in the periods 1976-1989 and 1993-1999. One of the head chefs that worked here, was Cees Helder, later to become the first Dutch head chef to be rewarded three Michelin stars. Other head chefs were Huub Biro, Roberto de Luca, Christian van der Linden, Danny van Wessel and Luca Malagnino.

Restaurant Vreugd en Rust is a former restaurant located in The Hague, in the Netherlands. It was a fine dining restaurant that was awarded one Michelin star in the period 1990-1993 Part-owner and head chef Henk Savelberg. Together with some admirers he had set up a company that first exploited restaurant Seinpost and later Vreugd en Rust. In 1993 the company collapsed and Savelberg was bought out.

It is a fine dining restaurant that was awarded one Michelin star in the period 1997–present GaultMillau awarded the restaurant 16.0 out of 20 points. Savelberg is one of the founders and still a member of Les Patrons Cuisiniers. Owner and head chef is Henk Savelberg. He had part-owned the predecessor Vreugd en Rust until he was bought out when the company collapsed.

Owner and head chef of 't Ganzenest was Harry Visbeen. The restaurant was formerly located in The Hague, at the addresses Groenewegje 75-a and Groenewegje 115. It moved to Rijswijk in 1999. The restaurant closed in 2007, due to financial troubles and the threat of bankruptcy caused by a recession.

Chef Niven Kunz was formerly part owner of the Michelin starred 't Raethuys in Wateringen.
