Canton Viaduct
Canton Viaduct is the oldest blind arcade cavity wall viaduct in the world and it was the longest and tallest railroad viaduct ever built when it was completed in 1835. It is the last surviving viaduct of its kind and has been in continuous service for 177 years; it now carries high-speed passenger and freight rail service. This hollow viaduct in Canton, Massachusetts (USA) was built in 1834-35 for the Boston and Providence Railroad Corporation (B&P).
Canton Junction (MBTA station)
Canton Junction is a railway station on the MBTA Commuter Rail's Providence/Stoughton line, located a few hundred yards north of the Canton Viaduct. At Canton Junction the two branches of the Providence/Stoughton Line split, one going to Wickford Junction, Rhode Island, the other to Stoughton, Massachusetts. Canton Junction was originally built by the Old Colony Railroad in 1892 by Bradford Lee Gilbert. It became part of the New York, New Haven and Hartford Railroad a year later in 1893.

Sharon is a commuter rail station on the MBTA's Providence/Stoughton Line located in Sharon, Massachusetts. The station has two separate entrances for inbound trains to Boston and for outbound trains to Providence and beyond. Sharon station is the only public transportation in the Sharon area, as there are no public bus lines in the town. The station averages 2,275 inbound riders per day, placing it fourth on the MBTA Commuter Rail system.

Canton Center is a commuter rail station on the MBTA's Providence/Stoughton Line located in Canton, Massachusetts. It has 1 side platform on the south side of the track west of Washington Street. It is served by all Stoughton Branch trains except for most late afternoon and evening inbound trains. Canton Center has seen one of the largest relative increases in ridership of any commuter rail station during the MBTA era.
Lake Massapoag
Lake Massapoag is a 353-acre, natural, springfed lake located in Sharon, Massachusetts. The name Massapoag is Algonquin, meaning "large water". Lake Massapoag is the headwater of the Canoe River, which flows south to join the Taunton River and empty into Narragansett Bay. It is also the headwaters of the Massapoag brook, which flows into the Neponset River.
Moose Hill Wildlife Sanctuary
Moose Hill Wildlife Sanctuary is a 1,984 acres wildlife sanctuary located in Sharon, Massachusetts. The property is the oldest property of the Massachusetts Audubon Society, It was established in 1916. It is adjacent to Moose Hill Farm,which is owned by the Trustees of Reservations. The Moose Hill parking area and nature center is located at 293 Moose Hill Street in Sharon. The nature center displays rotating exhibits throughout the year.
