Muscle Beach

Muscle Beach refers to either the Original Muscle Beach on the south side of the Santa Monica Pier, or Muscle Beach Venice, located two blocks north of Venice Boulevard on Ocean Front Walk in Venice, California. Muscle Beach derives its name from the strength required to practice acrobatics and bodybuilding.

Pacific Ocean Park

Pacific Ocean Park was a twenty-eight acre (110,000 m²), nautical-themed amusement park built on a pier at Pier Avenue in the Ocean Park section of Santa Monica, California, which was intended to compete with Disneyland. "And Disneyland and POP is worth a trip to L.A. " is a line from the Beach Boys' song "Amusement Parks U.S.A. " from their 1965 album Summer Days (And Summer Nights!!). After it closed and fell into disrepair, the park and pier anchored the Dogtown area of Santa Monica.

Pacific Park

Pacific Park is an oceanfront amusement park located in Santa Monica, California. The park (located on the Santa Monica Pier) looks directly out on the Pacific Ocean, in the direction of Catalina Island. There are a total of thirteen rides in Pacific Park, including the world's only solar powered Ferris wheel that provides a view of the Pacific Ocean and a roller coaster that circles the majority of the park.

Her late father, distinguished business and real estate tycoon Ahmad Adaya purchased the hotel in the 1983. The hotel reopened in October 2008 following a $30 million renovation.

Edgemar Center for the Arts

Angels Attic

Angels Attic is a museum of dollhouses, toys, and miniatures located in Santa Monica, California. The museum was established in 1984 by Jackie McMahan, a longtime collector, and Eleanor LaVove, a former fashion editor. McMahan and LaVove had begun a backyard dollhouse exhibition in 1974 to raise funds for a special education school attended by McMahan's granddaughter. The annual exhibitions later moved to the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium and drew thousands of visitors.
