Seyhan River
The Seyhan River is the longest river in Turkey that is flowing into Mediterranean Sea. The river is 560 km and flows southwest from its headwaters in the Tahtalı-Mountains in Anti-Taurus Mountains to the Mediterranean Sea via a broad delta. Its main tributaries are Zamantı and Göksu which unite in Aladağ, Adana to form Seyhan River. Zamantı River originates from Uzun Plateau in Pınarbaşı, Kayseri and crosses Tomarza, Develi and Yahyalı districts of Kayseri.
Adana 5 Ocak Stadium
Adana 5 Ocak Stadium (Turkish: Adana 5 Ocak Stadı) is a multi-purpose stadium in Adana, Turkey. The stadium holds 14,085 and was built in 1973. It abides UEFA standards for hosting Europa League games and TFF standards for hosting Super Lig games. The stadium is currently used mostly for football matches, and is the home ground of Adana Demirspor and Adanaspor. National football team of Turkey also played games at this stadium.
Sabancı Merkez Camii
Sabancı Merkez Camii (English: Sabancı Central Mosque) in Adana is the largest mosque in Turkey. The exterior of the mosque is similar to the Sultan Ahmed Mosque (Blue Mosque) in Istanbul while the interior decoration is similar to the Selimiye Mosque in Edirne. Sabanci Central Mosque, which went into service in 1998, is built on a total of 52,600 square meter of land and has a closed area of 6,600 square meters. . The Mosque was constructed upon a confiscated Armenian cemetery.
Ulu Cami (Adana)
Ulu Cami (English: The Grand Mosque) külliye, enclosed within a high wall in the old town, stands to be the most interesting medieval structure of Adana, with the mosque, madrasah and türbe. It is located on Kızılay street, next to Ramazanoğlu Hall.
Merkez Park
Merkez Park (English: Central Park) is a 33-hectare urban park that is located on both banks of the Seyhan River in Adana. The larger portion of the park, 30 hectares, is on the west bank. Merkez Park starts just north of Sabancı Mosque and extends north to Galleria Shopping Mall. On the west of the park there is Fuzuli Street. On the east bank, the park starts north of the Sheraton Hotel (under construction) and extends north to the Acqualand Entertainment Center.
Tepebağ
Tepebağ (English: Orchard Hill) is a historical neighborhood in the old town of Adana. It is situated on a hill overlooking the Seyhan River on the west, steps away from the Taşköprü, and reflects the traditional housing architecture of the city. Tumulus at Tepebağ is the area of the first settlements in Adana.
Sabancı Cultural Center
Hacı Ömer Sabancı Cultural Center is a complex in Adana that is composed of a theatre hall, public library, fine arts gallery and an exhibition hall. It has been established on an area of 1.5 hectare, located at the west end of the Seyhan Bridge across the Sabancı Mosque.
Atatürk Museum (Adana)
Atatürk Museum exhibits War of Independence and the first years of Republic at the mansion, Atatürk stayed during his trips to Adana. Overlooking to the Seyhan River, the museum is located on Seyhan Street and it is open to public every day except Mondays. Atatürk's visit to Adana is officially celebrated in this building every year on 15 March.
Demirköprü
Demirköprü (English: Steel Bridge) is a railway bridge spanning the Seyhan River in Adana. Opened in 1912, it extends 530 meters between Reşatbey and Sinanpaşa neighborhoods. Demirköprü is a steel bridge constructed by German Engineers in part of the Berlin-Baghdad Railway project. It was last renovated in 2006.

Adana Station is a railway station in Adana and one of the major railway hubs in Turkey. The station is located at the Uğur Mumcu Square close to Vilayet Adana Metro station.
Menderes Sports Hall
Menderes Sports Hall is a multi-purpose indoor arena located in Adana, situated just next to the 5 Ocak Stadium. It is constructed together with the stadium as a sports complex. The sports hall has an audience capacity of 2000. It hosts national and international sports events such as basketball, volleyball, wrestling and weightlifting, concerts and congresses among others. The facility contains two wall mounted scoreboards, two locker rooms, a press room, a cafeteria and VIP lounge.
Atatürk Swimming Complex
The Atatürk Swimming Complex is a swimming centre in Adana, featuring two outdoor olympic size swimming pools and an indoor semi-olympic swimming pool. The building was opened in 1936, and re-constructed in 2009 at a cost of 6.5 million TL. The complex was the venue of the legendary Adana Demirspor waterpolo team. Olympic length Atatürk swimming pool features: 10-lane 2.4 depth 5.5m high 3-storey diving tower (with elevator) 2200-seater Spectator Stands with Shelter Olympic length outdoor 100.
