Karl Lennart Oesch
Karl Lennart Oesch (8 August 1892 – 28 March 1978) was one of the leading Finnish generals during World War II. He held a string of high staff assignments and front commands, and at the end of the Continuation War fully two-thirds of the Finnish ground forces were under his command. Oesch earned a reputation of being able to deal with difficult situations, a trait that Mannerheim used to the full.

Founded in 1911, it is the oldest business school in Finland and one of the oldest business schools in the Nordic countries. The school became part of Aalto University as of 1 January 2010.
Finnish National Opera
The Finnish National Opera in Helsinki is the leading opera company in Finland. Its home base is the Opera House on Töölönlahti bay in Töölö which opened in 1993, and is state-owned through Senate Properties. The Opera House features state-of-the-art technology and two auditoriums: the main auditorium with 1,350 seats and a smaller studio auditorium with 300 to 500 seats.
Töölö
Töölö is the collective name for the neighbourhoods Etu-Töölö and Taka-Töölö in Helsinki, Finland. The neighbourhoods are located next to the city centre, occupying the western side of the Helsinki Peninsula. Etu-Töölö, the southern neighbourhood, borders Kamppi and is the location of the Finnish Parliament House. Taka-Töölö, the northern neighbourhood, borders Meilahti and Laakso. Contrary to popular belief, Töölö is not the official name of any district or neighbourhood in Helsinki.

The Hanken School of Economics is a Finnish business school. Hanken is a Swedish-language business school of university standing located in Helsinki and Vasa, Finland. Hanken is one of the oldest business schools in the Nordic countries. Hanken is a leading, internationally accredited university in the field of economics and business administration. The school was founded in 1909 under the name Högre Svenska Handelsläroverket and was given its current name in 1927.
Sibelius Academy
The Sibelius Academy is part of the University of the Arts Helsinki and a university-level music school which operates in Helsinki and Kuopio, Finland. It also has an adult education centre in Järvenpää and a training centre in Seinäjoki. The Academy is the only music university in Finland. It is among the biggest European music universities with roughly 1,700 enrolled students.
Hietaniemi cemetery
The Hietaniemi cemetery is located mainly in the Lapinlahti quarter and partly in the Etu-Töölö district of Helsinki, the capital of Finland. It is the location for Finnish state funeral services. The cemetery includes a large military cemetery section for soldiers from the capital fallen in the wars against the Soviet Union and Nazi Germany: in the Winter War (1939–1940), the Continuation War (1941–1944) and the Lapland War (1944–1945).
Helsinki Olympic Stadium
The Helsinki Olympic Stadium, located in the Töölö district about 2 kilometres from the center of the Finnish capital Helsinki, is the largest stadium in the country, nowadays mainly used for hosting sports events and big concerts. The stadium is best known for being the center of activities in the 1952 Summer Olympics. During those games, it hosted athletics, equestrian show jumping, and the football finals.
Finlandia Hall
Finlandia Hall is a concert hall with a congress wing in Helsinki, Finland, by Töölönlahti bay. The building was designed by Alvar Aalto. The work began in 1967 and was completed in 1971.
Domus Academica
Domus Academica, colloquially called Domma, is a student housing complex in the center of Helsinki, Finland, owned by the Student Union of the University of Helsinki. It offers various services for students and also houses various Student Union organisations. The complex is internationally known for the Domus chair originally designed by Ilmari Tapiovaara for the building.
Sonera Stadium
Sonera Stadium (until August 2010 Finnair Stadium; also known as Töölön jalkapallostadion, "Töölö football stadium") is a football stadium in Helsinki, Finland. The stadium was inaugurated in 2000. It has a capacity of 10,770 spectators. In July 2006, a new artificial turf with a FIFA two star rating was installed, replacing a first-generation artificial pitch used for the two previous years. It is located next to the Helsinki Olympic Stadium.

Helsinki Ice Hall is an indoor arena located in Helsinki, Finland. It is capable of holding 8,200 people. It is the home arena for HIFK of the SM-liiga. It is sometimes called "Petoluola", Finnish for "The beast's cave", referring to the logo of HIFK: a red panther or the Old Hall of Helsinki as it is dated in comparison to Hartwall Areena, which is the largest indoor arena in the country.

Töölön Pallokenttä
Pallokenttä or Töölön Pallokenttä, also known by its nickname Bollis, is a football stadium in Helsinki, Finland. The stadium is located in the Töölö district and today it holds 4,000 spectators. Töölön Pallokenttä was originally built in 1915 and it was the first football stadium in Finland. Stadium was last renovated in 2000–2001. It hosts matches for Atlantis FC which plays in Kakkonen and HJK Helsinki women's team in the Finnish Naisten Liiga.
Tennispalatsi
Tennispalatsi (Swedish: Tennispalatset; lit. Tennis Palace), is a cultural and recreational center in Kamppi, Helsinki, Finland. It houses a Finnkino movie theatre, the Art Museum Tennis Palace, the Museum of Cultures, and small shops. Tennispalatsi was built in 1938 in preparation for the 1940 Summer Olympics. The functionalist building, which had four tennis courts, was designed by Helge Lundström. In the 1952 Summer Olympics the basketball preliminary games were held in Tennispalatsi.
National Museum of Finland
The National Museum of Finland presents Finnish history from the Stone Age to the present day, through objects and cultural history. The Finnish National Romantic style building is located in central Helsinki and operates in collaboration with the National Board of Antiquities, an association related to the government's Ministry of Education.
Sibelius Monument (Helsinki)
The Sibelius Monument is dedicated to the Finnish composer Jean Sibelius (1865–1957). The monument is located at the Sibelius Park in the district of Töölö in Helsinki, the capital city of Finland. The monument was designed by Eila Hiltunen and unveiled on September 7, 1967. Originally it sparked a lively debate about the merits and flaws of abstract art, for which reason an effigy of Sibelius was included in the work.
Temppeliaukio Church
Temppeliaukio Church is a Lutheran church in the Töölö neighborhood of Helsinki. The church was designed by architects and brothers Timo and Tuomo Suomalainen and opened in 1969. It is also known as the Church of the Rock. Plans for the Temppeliaukio/Tempelplatsen (Temple square) was started as early as the 1930's when a plot of land was selected for the building and a competition for the design was started. Natural History Museum of Helsinki
The Natural History Museum of Helsinki is an exhibition of the Finnish Museum of Natural History of the University of Helsinki. The museum is located in Etu-Töölö in central Helsinki. The museum building was originally established as a gymnasium for Russian students in 1913, and adopted by the University in 1923. The museum displays taxidermed animals, skeletons, remains of prehistoric animals, and minerals.

Helsinki Synagogue
Helsinki Synagogue (Helsingin synagoga in Finnish, Helsingfors synagoga in Swedish) in the city of Helsinki (Helsingfors) is one of the two synagogues in Finland. Located in the Kamppi (Kampen) district, the synagogue is used by the 1,200-strong Jewish community of Helsinki. The synagogue building, designed by the Viipuri-born architect Jac. Ahrenberg (1847-1914), was completed in 1906.

Töölö Sports Hall
Töölö Sports Hall is a sports venue located in the Töölö district of Helsinki, Finland. It was built in 1935 as Messuhalli (Exhibition Hall). It is located near the Olympic Stadium, the Opera House, and the Sonera Stadium. The hall was originally a venue for concerts, banquets and sporting events, but is now used only for training and competition in various sports. In preparation for the 1952 Summer Olympics the building was expanded on the northern side.

Saint Barbara Altarpiece
The Saint Barbara Altarpiece is a medieval altarpiece attributed to Master Francke. Its known provenance starts at the medieval church in Kalanti in Finland Proper where it stood until 1883. According to local oral tradition, collected in the 19th century, the altarpiece was found floating in the sea outside Kalanti. The altarpiece is now located at the National Museum of Finland.
