Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB) (Greek: Οικονομικό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών, Oikonomiko Panepistimio Athinon, abbrev. Ο. Π. Α. , OPA) was founded in 1920 in Athens, Greece. Its buildings are housed on Patision Street. Peristeri Olympic Boxing Hall
The Peristeri Olympic Boxing Hall is an indoor arena located in Peristeri, to the west of central Athens. The hall was the site of the boxing events at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece. The venue seated 8,400, though it had a public capacity of only 5,600 for the Olympics. Since the Olympics, the facility was partially converted to a football pitch, and is also in use for gymnastics competitions.
National Technical University of Athens
The National Technical University of Athens (Greek: Εθνικό Μετσόβιο Πολυτεχνείο, National Metsovian Polytechnic), sometimes known as Athens Polytechnic, is among the oldest and most prestigious higher education institutions of Greece. It is named Metsovion in honor of its benefactors Nikolaos Stournaris, Eleni Tositsa, Michail Tositsas and Georgios Averoff, whose origin is from the town of Metsovo in Epirus.
Platonic Academy
The Academy was founded by Plato (424/423 BC – 348/347 BC) in ca. 387 BC in Athens. Aristotle (384 BC – 322 BC) studied there for twenty years (367 BC – 347 BC) before founding his own school, the Lyceum. The Academy persisted throughout the Hellenistic period as a skeptical school, until coming to an end after the death of Philo of Larissa in 83 BC.

Villa Amalia (Athens)
Villa Amalia is the common name of the building that hosted the former 2nd High School of Athens in Greece. It is located in the corner of Acharnon and Heiden streets, near Victoria metro station. It was an anarchist squat, active since 1990. Following a raid in December 2012, the police have evicted the squatters. The Mayor of the City of Athens Giorgos Kaminis announced that the building will be transformed into a school or cultural center.
National Archaeological Museum, Athens
The National Archaeological Museum (Greek: Εθνικό Αρχαιολογικό Μουσείο) in Athens houses some of the most important artifacts from a variety of archaeological locations around Greece from prehistory to late antiquity. It is considered one of the great museums in the world and contains the richest collection of artifacts from Greek antiquity worldwide.
Agios Antonios metro station
Aghios Antonios station is a subway (metro) station of the Athens Metro. It is currently the northwest tip of the red (second) line that runs via the city centre to Agios Dimitrios station. It took its name from a nearby Christian Orthodox church dedicated to Saint Anthony. This station is in the Peristeri, the biggest municipality of west Athens area. It was the first station in the area and has reduced traffic problems in Peristeri.
Akadimia Platonos
Akademia (or Akadimia) Platonos is a subdivision located 3 km west-northwest of the downtown part of the Greek capital of Athens. The area is named after the Plato's Academy. The area are is densely populated, with people mainly living in eight to ten storey buildings. Major streets bordering this subdivision include Lenorman Avenue to the east, Palamidou Street to the south and Athinon Avenue (GR-8 and GR-8A and E90 westbound. The two main squares are Akademia Platonos and Metaxa.

Patission Street
Patission Street is one of the major streets in central Athens, Greece. Though it is known as Patission, its name was changed to 28 October Street, commemorating the day in 1940 that the Greek dictator Ioannis Metaxas refused the Italian dictator Benito Mussolini's ultimatum that Greece submit to Italian control, thus starting the Greco-Italian War. Patission Street connects the area known as Patissia with Omonoia square in the center of Athens.
Attiki metro station
Attiki station is a railway station in Athens, Greece. The station opened in 1885. It was the main hub of Attica Railways, a metre gauge network connecting donwtown Athens with the mining town of Lavrion and the northern suburbs of Marousi and Kifissia. Lavrion trains were diverted to the SPAP line in 1929 and passenger services to Kifissia were suspended in 1938.
Epigraphical Museum
The Epigraphical Museum of Athens, Greece, is the third-largest museum of ancient inscriptions in the world. Its collection comprises 13,500 inscriptions, mostly Latin, from early historical times to the Late Roman period. It is situated in the south wing of the National Archaeological Museum of Athens. Four of its rooms are accessible to visitors, while the rest is reserved for researchers. A full photographic archive of the collection is being assembled for future visitors.
Railway Museum of Athens
The Railway Museum of Athens, Greece, was founded by the Hellenic Railways Organisation (OSE) in 1978. It is currently located at 4 Siokou Street, next to the mainline from Athens to Inoi. The museum has a collection of items related to the history of rail transport in Greece, many of them exhibited in its five rooms. The museum is open daily from 09:00 to 13:00 except Mondays, and is also open on Wednesday evenings from 17:00 to 20:00. Admission is free. Photography in the museum is prohibited.
Municipal Gallery of Athens
The Municipal Gallery of Athens is a museum in Athens, Greece. It houses a rich collection of nearly 3,000 works from leading 19th- and 20th-century Greek artists. Formerly located on Peiraios Street on Eleftherias (Koumoundourou) Square, in October 2010 the gallery moved three blocks northwest to the corner of Myllerou and Leonidou streets on Avdi Square in Metaxourgeio.

Avdi Square is a public gathering place located in the Metaxourgeio neighbourhood of Athens, Greece, bounded by Leonidou, Kerameikou, Giatrakou and Germanikou streets.
