Belvedere Club
The Belvedere Club, located just south of Charlevoix, Michigan (Northern Michigan) is an elite summer home association nestled between Round Lake and Lake Charlevoix. Members are generally wealthy and come from the Midwest and South. Many prominent and socially elite families have been resorting to the club for generations. The Club is gated and has a gatehouse entrance. The club's grounds include a beach, a tennis club, parks and gardens, and a casino dining club, all of which are private.

Castle Farms
Castle Farms is one of Michigan's largest special events facilities, and it is located in Charlevoix, Michigan. It was constructed in 1918 by Albert Loeb, who was the Vice President of Sears, Roebuck and Company, and it was designed by Arthur Heun. Albert Loeb, in addition to being a wealthy businessman, was the father of murderer Richard Loeb a/k/a "Dickie", who with schoolmate Nathan "Babe" Leopold, committed the infamous Leopold and Loeb murder in Chicago.
US 31–Island Lake Outlet Bridge
The US 31–Island Lake Outlet Bridge is a double-leaf bascule bridge in downtown Charlevoix, Michigan, that carries U.S. Route 31 (US 31, Bridge Street) across Island Lake Outlet (also known as the Pine River Channel). It is the fifth bridge to cross the channel there with the first being a pedestrian-only structure that was built in the nineteenth century. The bridge was planned in 1940, but World War II delayed the acceptance of bids until 1947.
