Camarillo, California
Camarillo is a city in Ventura County, California, USA. The population was 65,201 at the 2010 census, up from 57,084 at the 2000 census. The Ventura Freeway is the city's primary thoroughfare. Camarillo is named for Adolfo and Juan Camarillo, two of the few Californios (pre-1848 California natives of Hispanic ancestry) to preserve the city's heritage after the arrival of Anglo settlers. As with most cities in Ventura County, it is noted for its resistance to new development.
Casa Conejo, California
Casa Conejo is a census-designated place (CDP) in Ventura County, California, United States. It was the first planned community in Newbury Park, built between 1960 and 1965. The community is bordered by Old Conejo Road and the US 101 to the North, Borchard Road to the South, Jenny Dr. to the West, and Sequoia Middle School to the East. The population was 3,249 at the 2010 census, up from 3,180 at the 2000 census.

The Camarillo Amtrak/Metrolink Station is an Amtrak and Metrolink rail station in the city of Camarillo, California. It is served by both Amtrak's Pacific Surfliner from San Luis Obispo to San Diego and Metrolink's Ventura County Line from Los Angeles Union Station to Montalvo. Amtrak's San Diegan trains (later renamed the Pacific Surfliner) began stopping in Camarillo at the end of June 1995.
KOXR
KOXR is a radio station licensed to Oxnard, California. It broadcasts a traditional ranchera music format featuring mariachi groups of Mexico. It is an affiliate of the Radio Lazer network. After years of being a variety format station, KOXR switched to a Spanish-language radio format in the early 1990s. Long before the call letter was used for a commercial radio station, it was used for Oxnard Airport.

Rancho Guadalasca
Rancho Guadalasca was a 30,594-acre Mexican land grant in present day Ventura County, California given in 1836 by Governor Mariano Chico to Ysabel Yorba. The grant was in the southern part of the county, bordering on Los Angeles County. The grant extended along the Pacific coast near Point Mugu for about eight miles, and extending into the interior along Guadalasca Creek in the Santa Monica Mountains for about ten miles.

Rancho Calleguas was a 9,998-acre Mexican land grant in present day Ventura County, California given in 1837 by Governor Juan Alvarado to José Pedro Ruiz. The grant was south of Rancho Las Posas, and east of Rancho El Rio de Santa Clara o la Colonia, north of the Rancho Guadalasca, and west of Rancho El Conejo, and encompassed present day Camarillo.

The Oxnard Oil Field is a large and currently productive oil field in and adjacent to the city of Oxnard, in Ventura County, California in the United States. Its conventional oil reserves are close to exhaustion, with only an estimated one percent of the original oil recoverable with current technology remaining: 434,000 barrels out of an original 43.5 million.
Rancho Santa Clara del Norte

Rancho Las Posas was a 26,623-acre Mexican land grant in present day Ventura County, California given in 1834 by Governor José Figueroa to José Antonio Carrillo. The grant extends along the Simi Valley from near present day Moorpark to Camarillo. Rancho Simi borders it on the east, the Rancho Calleguas on the south, Rancho Santa Clara del Norte on the west, and a range of mountains on the north.
Santa Clara Avenue Oil Field
The Santa Clara Avenue Oil Field is an oil field in Ventura County, California, about six miles southeast of the city of Ventura and four miles northeast of Oxnard. It is produced entirely from two walled drilling islands along Santa Clara Avenue, each containing multiple directionally drilled wells. The field is within an agricultural area being encroached on several sides by urban development.
Rancho Sierra Vista
