Citrus is a census-designated place (CDP) in Los Angeles County, California, United States. It is located in the San Gabriel Valley between Azusa, Glendora, and Covina adjacent to another census-designated place, Charter Oak. Generally, this is referred to by locals as "unincorporated Covina" or "unincorporated Azusa". The population was 10,866 at the 2010 census, up from 10,581 at the 2000 census.

Charter Oak is a census-designated place (CDP) in Los Angeles County, California, approximately 26 miles east of downtown Los Angeles. The population was 9,310 at the 2010 census, up from 9,027 at the 2000 census. Charter Oak is located in the eastern San Gabriel Valley, situated along Arrow Highway in between Covina to the south, Glendora to the north and San Dimas to the east. Covina Station is located at 600 North Citrus Avenue in Covina. It is located just east of Citrus Ave. between Front St. and Edna Place. The station is owned by the City of Covina. It is one of the few Metrolink stations that charges for parking (on weekdays only–parking is free on the weekends). The small lot near the platforms requires a monthly permit. The parking structure across Citrus Avenue has lower monthly rates and allows daily parking.
