Mausoleum at Halicarnassus
The Mausoleum at Halicarnassus or Tomb of Mausolus was a tomb built between 353 and 350 BC at Halicarnassus for Mausolus, a satrap in the Persian Empire, and Artemisia II of Caria, who was both his wife and his sister. The structure was designed by the Greek architects Satyros and Pythius of Priene.

Konacık is a town in Bodrum district of Muğla Province, Turkey. At {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:37|03|N|27|24|E||| | |name= }} the town is almost merged to Bodrum to the south east. The population of the Konacık is 11104 as of 2011. Konacık was an ancient settlement named Pedesa meaning pathway in Luwian language (a language spoken in Anatolia before the 10 th century BC. ) Konacık was declared a seat of township in 1999.
Bargylia
Bargylia was an ancient city on the coast of Caria in southwestern Anatolia between Iasos and Myndus. Bargylia's location corresponds to the modern Turkish town of Boğaziçi in Muğla Province. The city was said to have been founded by Bellerophon in honour of his companion Bargylos, who had been killed by a kick from the winged horse Pegasus. Near Bargylia was the Temple of Artemis Cindyas. Strabo reports the local belief that rain would fall around the temple but never touch it.

Battle of the Seasons is the 23rd season of the MTV reality game show, The Challenge. The season is directly subsequent to Battle of the Exes. It is the sequel to the show's 5th season, Battle of the Seasons, though unlike other sequel seasons is not distinguished as part "II" in subtitle. The season took place in Bodrum, Turkey and Namibia. Former casts from select seasons of solely MTV's The Real World competed with the hopes of winning a piece of the $250,000 grand prize.
Boğaziçi, Milas
Boğaziçi is a working fishing village on the shore of Lake Tuzla in the Milas district of Muğla Province, Turkey. Today a number of fish restaurants line the shoreline. In ancient times this was the site of the ancient Carian city of Bargylia. Bargylia was said to have been founded by Bellerophon in honour of his companion Bargylos, who had been killed by a kick from Pegasus. Ruins of the ancient city of Bargylia, including a Roman temple can be seen scattered around the locality.
Strobilos
Strobilos, modern Aspat or Çıfıt Kalesı, is a Byzantine-era fortress on the south-western Anatolian coast, across from the island of Kos and near modern Bodrum in Turkey. It is first mentioned in 724, making it one of the few known Anatolian localities to be established during the early Middle Ages and hence, according to researcher Clive Foss, "should reveal the appearance of a distinctively Byzantine site".
