Marina Beach
Marina Beach is a natural urban beach in the city of Chennai, India, along the Bay of Bengal, part of the Indian Ocean. The beach runs from near Fort St. George in the north to Besant Nagar in the south, a distance of 13 km, making it the longest natural urban beach in the country and the world's second longest. The Marina is primarily sandy, unlike the short, rocky formations that make up the Juhu Beach in Mumbai.

Presidency College is an arts, law and science college in the city of Chennai in Tamil Nadu, India. Established as the Madras Preparatory School on October 15, 1840 and later, upgraded to a high school and then, graduate college, the Presidency College is one of the oldest government arts colleges in India. It is one of the two Presidency colleges established by the British in India, the other being the Presidency College, Kolkata.
M. A. Chidambaram Stadium
The M. A. Chidambaram Stadium (Tamil: மு. அ. சிதம்பரம் விளையாட்டு அரங்கம்) is a cricket stadium in Chennai (formerly Madras), India, named after M. A. Chidambaram, the former President of BCCI and the Tamil Nadu Cricket Association. The stadium was formerly known as Madras Cricket Club Ground or Chepauk Stadium and was established in the year 1916 making it the oldest Cricket Stadium in India which is in continuous use. Commonly known as Chepauk, its first match was played 10 February 1934.

Anna Salai
Anna Salai, formerly known as Mount Road (abbreviation of St. Thomas Mount road), is an arterial road in Chennai, India. It starts at the Cooum Creek, south of Fort St George and ends at the Kathipara Junction in Guindy. Beyond the Kathipara Junction, the road branches into two, with one traversing westwards to Poonamallee to form the Mount-Poonamallee Road while the other continues southwards to Chennai Airport, Tambaram and beyond to form Grand Southern Trunk Road.

LIC Building
LIC Building is a 15-storied building in Chennai, India, serving as the southern regional headquarters of the Life Insurance Corporation of India. It is the first skyscraper built in Chennai and a famous landmark in the city. Located on the arterial Anna Salai (formerly Mount Road), the building is 177 ft tall. LIC Building was the tallest building in India when it was inaugurated in 1959 and was surpassed by Mumbai's first skyscraper, the Usha Kiran Building, in 1961, which is about 80 m high.
Chepauk Palace
Chepauk Palace was the official residence of the Nawab of Arcot from 1768 to 1855. It is situated in the neighbourhood of Chepauk in Chennai, India and is constructed in the Indo-Saracenic style of architecture.
Amir Mahal
Amir Mahal is the official residence of the titular Nawab of Arcot and his family. Situated in Royapettah, a suburb in the present Chennai India, it was constructed in Indo-Saracenic style in 1798, the Amir Mahal has been the residence of the family since 1876. The Nawab’s successor, Mohummad Abdul Ali, and his three brothers still live in the palace with their families. It also has a mini cricket ground which is currently being renovated by the government.
Senate House (University of Madras)
The Senate House is the administrative centre of the University of Madras in Chennai, India. It is situated in Wallajah Road, along Marina Beach. Constructed by Robert Chisholm between 1874 and 1879, the Senate building is considered to be one of the best and oldest examples of Indo-Saracenic architecture in India.
Rajaji Hall
Rajaji Hall, previously known as the Banqueting Hall, Madras, is a public hall in the city of Chennai, India used for social functions. The hall was built by John Goldingham to commemorate the British victory over Tipu Sultan in the Fourth Anglo-Mysore War.
Bharat Insurance Building
Bharat Insurance building is a heritage building in Chennai, India. Located on the arterial Anna Salai, it was built in 1897. Originally known as Kardyl Building, the building is an example of the Indo-Saracenic architecture, a hybrid of Muslim design with Indian materials. The Madras High Court has stayed demolition of the building following a petition from heritage lovers.
Queen Mary's College, Chennai
Queen Mary's College is a government-run college in Chennai, India. Started in 1914, it is the first women’s college in the city and is one among the first three colleges for women in the country. Originally the residence of Lt Col Francis Capper in the mid-1800s, the building later housed a hotel before becoming a college in 1914. Known as the Capper House, the building was preserved as a heritage building.
Taj Club House Chennai
Taj Club House is the fourth hotel of the Taj Group of Hotels in Chennai, India. Formerly known as the Taj Mount Road, it is a five-star luxury hotel located on Clubhouse Road, off Anna Salai, across the Taj Connemara Hotel, another property of the Taj Group. Owned by Taj GVK Hotels & Resorts Limited, an associate of the Taj Group, and built at a cost of 7px 1,600 million, it was opened in December 2008. The hotel was designed by Thom Catallo of Mackenzie Designphase Hospitality.
Triumph of Labour
The Triumph of Labour, also known as the Labour statue, is a statue at the Marina Beach, Chennai, India. Erected at the northern end of the beach at the Anna Square opposite University of Madras, it is an important landmark of Chennai. The statue shows four men toiling to move a rock, depicting the hard work of the labouring class. It bears a semblance to the famed World War II photograph of the raising of the flag on Iwo Jima by the American Marines.

Raheja Towers, Chennai
Raheja Towers is an 11-storied building in Chennai, India. Located on the arterial Anna Salai, the building has a total built-up area of 399,000 sq ft. It is one of the earliest Grade A commercial projects of the city, which were developed in the second half of the 1990s.

Chepauk railway station
Chepauk is a station on the Chennai MRTS railway line. It is located in the eastern Chennai neighbourhood of Chepauk near the M.A. Chidambaram Cricket Stadium. The station is built on the bank of Buckingham Canal. The station was opened in November 1995 as a part of the first phase, when services were operated from Chennai Beach station to Chepauk.
Thiruvallikeni railway station
Thiruvallikeni is a station on the Chennai MRTS. Located just behind the Marina Campus of the University of Madras along the Marina Beach, it exclusively serves the Chennai MRTS. The station serves the neighbourhood of Triplicane.

Light House is a railway station on the Chennai MRTS. Located behind the Queen Mary's college, between Avvai Shanmugam Salai and Radha Krishnan Salai at Mylapore.
MGR Memorial
MGR memorial is a memorial structure built on the Marina beach in Chennai, India. It was built in memory of former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, M. G. Ramachandran. Spread over 8.25 acres, the memorial is located adjacent to the Anna Memorial and has the highest footfall on the seafront.
Anna Memorial
Anna memorial, locally known as Anna Samadhi, is a memorial structure built on the Marina beach in Chennai, India. It was built in memory of former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, C. N. Annadurai (1967-69), who was cremated here in 1969. The memorial lies on the northern end of the Marina abutting the MGR Memorial.
