Norridge, Illinois
Norridge is a village in Cook County, Illinois, United States. The population was 14,572 at the 2010 census. The current mayor of Norridge is Ronald A. Oppedisano. The village and its neighbor to the east, Harwood Heights, are completely surrounded by the city of Chicago. Norridge is sometimes referred to as the "Island Within a City". A history book of the same name was written by Norridge author Tom McGowen.

Holy Cross High School (River Grove, Illinois)
Holy Cross High School was an all-boys, Roman Catholic high school in River Grove, Illinois, USA that operated from August 1961 until June 2004. Rosemont is the 'L' station at the intersection of River Road and I-190 in the suburb of Rosemont, Illinois. It is located in the median of I-190 with one island platform serving two tracks, 16 miles northwest of the Chicago Loop. Trains are scheduled to depart from Rosemont roughly every 2–7 minutes during rush-hour periods, and take about 36 minutes to travel to the Loop. The station is 7 blocks east and 2 blocks north of O'Hare.

Wingert House
The Wingert House is a nineteenth century farmhouse located at 6231 North Canfield Avenue in Chicago, Illinois. One of the oldest surviving farmhouses within the Chicago city limits, the building received Chicago Landmark status on July 31, 1990. It is part of the Norwood Park neighborhood. The house was built in 1854 as the home of John Wingert, a German immigrant who had fled his homecountry due to religious persecution. A two-story Italianate style section was added between 1868 and 1875.
