This article is about the town in Kentucky. For the United Nations housing complex in New York, please see United Nations headquarters Parkway Village is a city in Jefferson County, Kentucky, United States. The population was 715 at the 2000 census. It was developed in the 1920s and derives its name from nearby Eastern Parkway. It was incorporated in 1941.

Kentucky Kingdom (previously known as Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom) is a standing but not operating amusement park, located in Louisville, Kentucky, USA. The park is located on 58 acres of land which includes a collection of 30 amusement rides and a water park previously named Splashwater Kingdom. In 2011, the operators of Indiana's Holiday World and Splashin' Safari amusement park proposed re-opening the park and renaming it Bluegrass Boardwalk; however, those plans were cancelled in June 2012.

Freedom Hall is a multipurpose arena in Louisville, Kentucky, on the grounds of the Kentucky Exposition Center, which is owned by the Commonwealth of Kentucky. It is best known for its use as a basketball arena, serving as the home of the University of Louisville Cardinals men's team from 1956 to 2010, the Kentucky Colonels of the American Basketball Association from 1970 until the ABA-NBA merger in June 1976, and the Louisville Cardinals women's team from its inception in 1975 to 2010.

Germantown is a neighborhood three miles southeast of downtown Louisville, Kentucky, USA. Germantown is also a general term for an area of Louisville from the Original Highlands to St Joseph and Bradley neighborhoods that were predominantly settled by Germans. The actual neighborhood is bounded by Barrett Ave, Eastern Parkway, and the South Fork of Beargrass Creek. The area was settled as small farms and butcher shops by German immigrants in the 1870s.

The Kentucky Exposition Center (KEC), formerly Kentucky Fair and Exposition Center (KFEC), is a large multi-use facility in Louisville, Kentucky, United States. It is overseen by the Kentucky State Fair Board, and is one of the ten largest facilities of its type in the U.S. , with over 1,200,000 square feet of indoor space.
Roller Skater (roller coaster)
Roller Skater is a steel roller coaster at Kentucky Kingdom in Louisville, Kentucky. It is a junior coaster that uses roller skate shaped cars. Like many of it's clones, it is a Vekoma Roller Skater type of coaster. These types of coasters are made mostly for younger kids and is a family roller coaster as well. These kinds of coasters can be found at other Six Flags parks and other parks as well.
Thunder Run (Kentucky Kingdom)
Thunder Run is a wooden roller coaster at Kentucky Kingdom in Louisville, Kentucky. This is a custom designed roller coaster that was originally intended to be used at LeSourdsville Lake (Americana Park). It has 70 degree banked turns. Much of the thrill of Thunder Run comes from the force and roughness of the ride. Kings Dominion and Carowinds have mirror image clones of this coaster installed called Hurler, and themed after the movie and Saturday Night Live sketch, Wayne's World.
Trager Stadium
Trager Stadium is a field hockey stadium located on the campus of the University of Louisville in Louisville, Kentucky. It can seat 2,500 fans and is home to the Louisville Cardinals field hockey team. It is named in honor of the Trager family, who have donated large sums of money to the university.
