Kingsley is a city in Jefferson County, Kentucky, United States. The population was 428 at the 2000 census. It is roughly a triangle of land between Taylorsville Road, Tyler Lane and Byron Avenue. The city is directly southwest of Bowman Field. It contracts an independent police force in cooperation with two other small cities, Strathmoor Village and Strathmoor Manor.
