Tehran Imam Khomeini International Airport
Imam Khomeini International Airport is located in Ahmadabad, Iran. The airport is located about 30 kilometres southwest of the city near the localities of Robat-Karim and Eslamshahr. It was designed to replace Mehrabad International Airport, which is in the west of the city, now inside the city boundaries. The airport, originally designated as Ahmadabad but was later renamed to Imam Khomeini International Airport in honor of Ruhollah Khomeini.
Parand
The new town of Parand is situated 10 km west from Robat Karim (situated 35 km southwest from Tehran) on the way to Saveh and it has about 7000 students in Islamic azad university . The town is intended to provide residence for the staffs of Imam Khomeini International Airport, create a balance in the settlement pattern of Tehran, establish an appropriate environment to draw in the extra population of Tehran and offer an alternative to unsystematic settlements.

Malard County is a county in Tehran Province in Iran. The capital of the county is Malard. At the 2006 census, the county's population was 291,608, in 77,093 families. The county has one district: the Central District. The county has two cities: Malard and Safadasht.
