Woodville railway station, Adelaide
Woodville station is on the suburban rail routes from Adelaide to Grange and Outer Harbor, 7.5 km (4½ miles) from Adelaide. It is the junction station for the Grange branch and is one of the busiest stations on the Outer Harbour and Grange Lines. It has auto pedestrian gates and lights, the only location with these lights on the Outer Harbour/Grange Lines. Platform 3 has a small kiosk that sells refreshments and tickets, built around 2006. There are also a few vending machines near the kiosk.

Albert Park railway station is located in Adelaide’s north-western suburbs on the single-track branch line between Woodville and Grange. The station is 9.1 km (5¾ miles) from Adelaide and serves the adjacent suburbs of Albert Park and Woodville West. All train services are operated by Adelaide Metro diesel railcars. Trains to Adelaide operate every 30 mins during Monday – Friday off-peak times.

The City of Charles Sturt is a local government area in the western suburbs of Adelaide, South Australia, stretching to the coast. It came into being on 1 January 1997 as a result of the amalgamation of the City of Hindmarsh Woodville and the City of Henley and Grange. It comprises a mix of residential, industrial and commercial areas and has an estimated population of 106,995.
Cheltenham Racecourse railway station, Adelaide
Cheltenham Racecourse railway station was on the Outer Harbor railway line in the north-western Adelaide suburbs, 8.7 km by railway from Adelaide Railway Station. Until 21 February 2009 it served Cheltenham Park Racecourse, on race days only. The station was in a state of disuse since the closure of the racecourse and now completely gone as of June 2012.

Woodville Park railway station
Woodville Park railway station is a railway station on both the Grange and Outer Harbor railway lines, which is located in the western Adelaide suburb of Woodville Park. It is located 6.8 km by railway from the Adelaide Railway Station. Although the surrounding suburb was built in the 1870s, a station wasn't provided until December 1936. It was the first station on the Port line to have an 'island platform'. The station has been unattended since 1980.

Woodville Oval (currently Unleash Solar Oval) is primarily an Australian rules football oval found on Oval Avenue in Woodville, South Australia. It is the home ground of South Australian National Football League (SANFL) club Woodville-West Torrens and the former home of the Woodville Football Club, with the former's clubrooms and administrations offices now housing WWT. The oval is also the home of the Woodville Cricket Club who play in the South Australian Grade Cricket League.

Cheltenham Park Racecourse
Cheltenham Park Racecourse was a horse racing track located in the suburb of Cheltenham in Adelaide, South Australia. It is situated north-west of the centre of the city and approximately five kilometres from Port Adelaide. The track is 2052 metres in circumference with a 325 metre straight. The Port Adelaide Racing Club began thoroughbred racing at the course and in 1921 the club bought the site on which the course stands for £25,000.
