Aurora Place
Aurora Place is the common name of Renzo Piano's award-winning office tower and residential block on Macquarie Street in Sydney, Australia. Its official name is the RBS Tower building. The 41-storey structure is 218 m high to the top of the spire and 188 m to the roof. The building has an unusual geometric shape where not one panel is parallel to any grid. The east façade bulges out slightly from its base, reaching its maximum width at the top floors.
City Recital Hall
City Recital Hall, or City Recital Hall Angel Place, in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, is a purpose-built concert venue with the capacity for 1,238 guests seated over three tiers of sloped seating. It is situated in the city centre just off Martin Place. City Recital Hall, opened in 1999, is the first specially designed concert venue to be built in the city since the Opera House in 1973.

St Philip Parish, Cumberland
St Philip Parish is one of the 57 parishes of Cumberland County, New South Wales, a cadastral unit for use on land titles. It is located on the western part of the original colony at Sydney Cove, which was to the west of the Tank Stream. It is one of the four small parishes in the Sydney city area and is named after the church of St Philip's. It includes the southern end of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, The Rocks, Dawes Point and Millers Point.
Sydney Cenotaph
The Sydney Cenotaph is located in Martin Place and is one of the oldest World War I monuments in the Central Business District. On the southern side, facing the General Post Office it states "To Our Glorious Dead" and on the Northern side, facing Challis House it states "Lest We Forget. " It is used on a regular basis for ceremonies, far more than the Australian War Memorial in Canberra.
General Post Office, Sydney
The General Post Office (abbreviation GPO) is a landmark building in Sydney, Australia. It is located at the western end of Martin Place (No. 1 Martin Place), between George and Pitt Streets. The main facade stretches some 100 metres down Martin Place. In 1996, as part of the disbursement of Australia Post assets by the Federal Government of Australia, the building was sold to private owners.
1999 Sydney hailstorm
The 1999 Sydney hailstorm was the costliest natural disaster in Australian insurance history, causing extensive damage along the east coast of New South Wales. The storm developed south of Sydney on the afternoon of 14 April 1999 and struck the city's eastern suburbs, including the central business district, later that evening. The storm dropped an estimated 500,000 tonnes of hailstones in its path.

APM Siding
The APM Siding was a 1.125-kilometre long private railway siding in the suburb of Alphington, Melbourne, Australia that served the Australian Paper Manufacturers paper mill. The siding branched from Fairfield station on the Hurstbridge line and ran south-east to the corner of Chandler Highway, Grange and Heidelberg Roads until entering the factory.
Theatre Royal, Sydney
The Theatre Royal in Sydney is Australia's oldest theatrical institution. Sydney's original Theatre Royal was built in 1827 behind the Royal Hotel, but burned to the ground in 1840. The name was dormant for 35 years until 1875 when a new Theatre Royal was built in Castlereagh Street on the corner of Rowe Street, adjacent to the Hotel Australia. In the early 1970s the theatre along with much of the block on which it was situated, was demolished to construct the MLC Centre.
Regimental Square
Regimental Square is a memorial located between Wynyard and George St. in the Sydney CBD. The memorial was erected to commemorate the campaigns of the Royal Australian Regiment in Korea, Malaya and Vietnam. A series of bronze sculptures of soldiers in action, are attached to a wall of Sydney sandstone, 8 metres long x 1.5 metres high.
Department of Lands building
The Department of Lands building is late nineteenth century building in Bridge Street, Sydney, designed by James Barnet. It is a large three storey public building which was built in different stages. This is the largest building designed by Barnet in Colonial Sydney. The building is listed on the Register of the National Estate, as well as having a NSW state listing. In addition to Barnet, Walter Liberty Vernon and William Edmund Kemp worked on the design of the building.
St Philip's Church, Sydney
St Philip's Church, Sydney is the oldest Anglican church parish in Australia. The church is located in the Sydney city centre between York Street, Clarence and Jamison Streets on a location known as Church Hill. St Philip's is part of the Diocese of Sydney, Australia. The church is listed on the Register of the National Estate.
