Shorewood, Wisconsin
Shorewood is a village in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 13,162 at the 2010 census. Howell Raines of The New York Times said in 1979 that "[t t]his maplestudded town on Lake Michigan dotes on its reputation as Milwaukee's most liberal suburb."
WITI (TV)
WITI, virtual channel 6.1, is the Fox-affiliated television station serving the Milwaukee, Wisconsin designated market area. The station is owned by Local TV LLC, the media arm of private equity firm Oak Hill Capital Partners, with its studios are located in Brown Deer (though with a Milwaukee address) and its transmitter is located in Shorewood, Wisconsin.
WITI TV Tower
The WITI Tower in Milwaukee, Wisconsin was completed in August 1962 and was briefly the tallest free-standing tower in the world, rising 1,078 feet . (Tokyo Tower had been the world's tallest, and after the construction of WITI's tower, it added additional members to regain the title. ) For many years, it was the tallest free-standing tower in the United States. The Bentley Company was the foundation contractor for the Dresser Ideco tower, which was erected by the Seago Construction Co.

WYMS is a non-commercial radio station in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, broadcasting on 88.9 FM. The station currently airs a younger-skewing eclectic adult album alternative music format, branded as "Radio Milwaukee". The station's license is owned by Milwaukee Public Schools, though it is managed and programmed by an outside group, also named Radio Milwaukee. In addition, WYMS airs weekly school board meetings on the over-the-air signal as a condition of MPS leasing the signal to Radio Milwaukee.
Klotsche Center
The Klotsche Center (formally the J. Martin Klotsche Center) is a 3,500-seat multi-purpose arena in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on the campus of the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. Opened in 1977, the arena was named after UWM's first Chancellor, J. Martin Klotsche. It is home to the Milwaukee Panthers women's basketball team, and formerly hosted the men's team until the men moved into U.S. Cellular Arena. In June 2012, UWM announced that it would be moving its men's basketball games from U.S.

Benjamin Church House (Shorewood, Wisconsin)
The Benjamin Church House (also known as Kilbourntown House), a wood and brick residence, was built during 1843–1844 by a pioneer carpenter of that name in Kilbourntown, a settlement on the west side of the Milwaukee River in southeast Wisconsin, United States. In 1846, Kilbourntown merged with Juneautown on the east side of the river and Walker's Point to the south to create Milwaukee, today the largest city in Wisconsin.
Engelmann Field
Engelmann Stadium is a soccer field on the campus of the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. It is home to the Milwaukee Panthers men's and women's soccer teams, both of which compete in the Horizon League of the NCAA's Division I. Engelmann Field is home to the longest-running in-season tournament in NCAA Division I men's soccer, the Panther Invitational. The tournament enters its 38th year in 2011. Built in 1973 the 2,200-capacity field is tucked between buildings in the middle of the campus.

Hubbard Park (Shorewood, Wisconsin)
Hubbard Park is a Milwaukee County park in the village of Shorewood, Wisconsin that received landmark status in 2000. It is located on a nearly five-acre, 1,400 feet long strip of land between the Milwaukee River and the former Chicago and Northwestern Railroad, now converted into part of the Oak Leaf Trail. It was named for William J. Hubbard, a former Village Board president.
