HoHoKam Stadium
Hohokam Stadium also known as Dwight W. Patterson Field and formerly Hohokam Park, is a park with a baseball stadium located at 1235 N Center St in Mesa, Arizona (the Chicago Cubs spring training facility since 1979). The stadium was built in January 1997 and holds 13,074 people. It replaced an older Hohokam Park built in 1977 at a location just east of the current stadium. It is the home of the Mesa Solar Sox of the Arizona Fall League.
Benjamin F. Johnson
Benjamin Franklin Johnson (July 28, 1818 – November 18, 1905) was an early member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and a brickmaker, merchant, tavern keeper, leatherworker, farmer, nurseryman, and beekeeper. Born to Ezekiel Johnson and Julia Hills at Pomfret, New York, he moved to Kirtland, Ohio in 1833. He married Melissa Bloomfield LeBaron on Christmas Day, December 25, 1841. Johnson was baptized into the LDS church at Kirtland by Lyman E. Johnson in the spring of 1835.

The Mesa Arts Center is a performing and visual arts complex in downtown Mesa, Arizona. At more than 210,000 square feet square feet, the $95 million facility, completed in 2005, is the largest comprehensive arts campus in the state. The Mesa Arts Center encompasses four performance venues, from the intimate 99-seat Farnsworth Studio Theater to the 1,600-seat Ikeda Theater.
Daniel Webster Jones (Mormon)
Daniel Webster Jones (August 26, 1830 – April 20, 1915) was an American and Mormon pioneer. He was the leader of the group that colonized what eventually became Mesa, Arizona, made the first translation of selections of The Book of Mormon into Spanish, led the first Mormon missionary expedition into Mexico, dealt frequently with the American Indians, and was the leader of the group that heroically wintered at Devil's Gate during the rescue of the stranded handcart companies in 1856.

Mesa Grande
Mesa Grande ruins, in Mesa, Arizona, preserves a group of Hohokam structures constructed during the classical period. The ruins were occupied between AD 1100 and 1400 and were a product of the Hohokam civilization that inhabited the Salt River Valley. There the Hohokam constructed an extensive system of water canals before vanishing for mysterious reasons. It is one of only two Hohokam mounds remaining in the metro Phoenix area, with the other being the Pueblo Grande Museum Archaeological Park.
