Prince of Wales Hospital
Prince of Wales Hospital is a major public and teaching hospital located in Sha Tin, New Territories in Hong Kong. The hospital is affiliated with the Medical Faculty of the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Named after and officially opened by Charles, Prince of Wales in 1984, Prince of Wales Hospital now provides approximately 1,360 hospital beds and 24 hours accident and emergency service with almost 4,000 staff.
Tate's Cairn Highway
Tate's Cairn Highway, opened on June 26, 1991, is a dual-3 lane expressway in Hong Kong. It links Tate's Cairn Tunnel and Ma Liu Shui Interchange, forming a part of Route 2 (formerly known as Route 6). From the Ma Liu Shui Interchange, where it connects with Route 9, the highway crosses the estuary of the Shing Mun River. It then turns southwards, interchanging at Shek Mun with a distributor road (Tai Chung Kiu Road), and reaches Siu Lek Yuen, where the highway splits its course.
City One
City One Shatin is a residential area in the District of Sha Tin, New Territories, Hong Kong. City One is located 12.5 kilometres (8 mi) north of Central. City One is the largest private residential estate in Sha Tin District. There are a total of 52 blocks of residential buildings. Each tower is about 30 storeys with units ranging from 389 square feet (36.7 square metres) to an area of 1018 square feet (94.6 square metres) with different floor plans.
Star Seafood Floating Restaurant
Star Seafood Restaurant, formerly called Treasure Floating Restaurant, is a restaurant in Sha Tin, Hong Kong. The restaurant is built with granite taking on the shape of a ship berthing along the shore. It is situated at the eastern shore of Shing Mun River, near the junction of Siu Lek Yuen Road and Tai Chung Kiu Road. It serves Cantonese dim sum and seafood.
Kwong Yuen Estate
Kwong Yuen Estate is a public housing estate and Tenants Purchase Scheme estate in Siu Lek Yuen, Sha Tin, Hong Kong. Unlike other public estates in Sha Tin, Kwong Yuen Estate is built on sloping platform, instead of reclaimed land. In 2001, some of the flats were sold to the tenants through Tenants Purchase Scheme Phase 4. Kwong Lam Court and Hong Lam Court are the Home Ownership Scheme courts within Kwong Yuen Estate. They have 3 blocks respectively completed in 1990.
Sha Tin Hospital
Sha Tin Hospital (Chinese: 沙田醫院, formerly known as Shatin Infirmary and Convalescent Hospital commenced operation on December 2, 1991 and has been in full function since February 1, 1994. Sha Tin Hospital comprises 650 beds, 80 psychiatric day places, 40 geriatric day places and 40 hospice and palliative day places. The Hospital is located at 33, A Kung Kok Street, A Kung Kok. It is surrounded by hills on three sides and it commands a view of the Shing Mun River and Penfold Park.
Yuen Chau Kok
Yuen Chau Kok is an area in Sha Tin, New Territories, Hong Kong, near Sha Tin Road and Prince of Wales Hospital. The area was an island in Tide Cove, and is within walking distance from City One Station of the MTR Ma On Shan Line. The island was a major station for travellers and goods plying between Guangdong and Kowloon. There was a village called "Wong Uk Village" inside, which was a trading station for merchants and travellers until the late 19th century.

Wong Uk Village is a village at the southwest of Yuen Chau Kok, Sha Tin, New Territories, Hong Kong. The historical village has been demolished, with the exception of the "Old House", and a new village was built nearby.
City One Plaza
City One Plaza is one of the shopping centres of City One, Sha Tin, New Territories, Hong Kong. It is owned by Cheung Kong Holdings. It is connected to nearly apartments and another shopping centre in City One, Ngan Shing Commercial Centre, just across the street, by bridges.

Hang Seng Management College
Hang Seng Management College is an Approved Post Secondary College in Hong Kong located in Siu Lek Yuen, Sha Tin, New Territories. It was founded in 2010 by Hang Seng School of Commerce for the purpose of awarding degrees. Three degree programmes have been launched in September 2010 and another one is planned to be launched in September 2011.
Sha Tin Wai
Sha Tin Wai (沙田圍) is a village in Sha Tin, Hong Kong. The village was established by the Tse, Cheng and Lam clans from Pok Law in the mid-17th century. Each of the clans has their own ancestral hall. The name of the Sha Tin area allegedly comes from the fact that British colonial officials mistook the name of Sha Tin Wai as the name of the area. The nearby Sha Tin Wai Station of the MTR is named after the village.
