Sha Tin Town Hall is a town hall at the town centre of the Sha Tin District in Hong Kong. It is located near the Sha Tin Park and the New Town Plaza. It is part of the podium complex which includes the Sha Tin Town Hall, Sha Tin Public Library and the Sha Tin Marriage Registry.

Sha Tin Government Secondary School
Sha Tin Government Secondary School (沙田官立中學) is located in Sha Tin, Hong Kong. It was founded in September 1972 and has now become a full-fledged co-educational grammar school. There are 29 classes with an enrollment of approximately 1,200 students in the year 2010-2011. The current principal is Mr. Chow Kam Cheung (周金祥) and the assistant principals are Ms. Lam Fung King (林鳳琼) and Mr. To King Man (杜景文).
New Town Plaza
New Town Plaza is a shopping mall in the town centre of Sha Tin in Hong Kong. Developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties, it was the biggest shopping mall in the New Territories of Hong Kong when it was completed in the early 1980s. Covering 200,000 square metres, the plaza comprises Phase 1 (the main mall), Phase 3, which are connected to each other, and Grand Central Plaza, which is less than one kilometre from Phase 1.
Sha Tin New Town
Sha Tin New Town is one of the new towns in Hong Kong. It is within the Sha Tin District, which covers the areas of Sha Tin, Tai Wai, Fo Tan, Tai Shui Hang, Ma On Shan, among other areas, and is near the Shing Mun River. Development started in the 1970s, and currently covers an area of 35.87 square kilometres with total developed area about 20 km². Presently it has a population over 630,000 with a planned capacity when fully developed of 735,000.
Sha Tin Park
Sha Tin Park, formerly known as Sha Tin Central Park, is a park in 2 Yuen Wo Road, Sha Tin, Hong Kong. It is situated along the Shing Mun River in the new town of Sha Tin, next to the New Town Plaza and the Sha Tin Town Hall. The park occupies 8.05 hectares of land, and is managed by Leisure and Cultural Services Department. The opening hours are from 6:30 am to 11:00 pm.

The library was opened on 16 February 1987. Sha Tin Airfield
Sha Tin Airfield was a small military airfield in Sha Tin, New Territories, Hong Kong, which had a single concrete runway. The airfield was located along the Shing Mun River and looked out to Tide Cove. The airfield served as a Flight (military unit) based for most of the location's existence. The airfield was demolished in the early 1970s as the RAF consolidated their operations at RAF Shek Kong and later re-developed as part of the New Town project for Shatin.

Ten Thousand Buddhas Monastery
Ten Thousand Buddhas Monastery (Man Fat Tsz) is a Buddhist temple in Sha Tin, Hong Kong. It is located at 220 Pai Tau Village, Sha Tin. It is not an actual monastery as there are no resident monks and is managed by laypersons. It was built by Yuet Kai, a devout Buddhist layman who dedicated the last years of his life to constructing an elaborate temple containing nearly 13,000 statues of Buddha.

Wai Wah Centre is a private housing estate and a shopping arcade in Sha Tin Town Centre, Sha Tin District, New Territories, Hong Kong, near MTR Sha Tin Station and New Town Plaza. It comprises 4 high-rise buildings and a shopping arcade built between 1986, developed by Cheung Kong Holdings.
