Periyar (river)
Periyar is a river that flows in the states of Tamil Nadu and Kerala, India. It is one of the few perennial rivers in the region and provides drinking water for several major towns. The river is mostly located in Kerala and generates a significant proportion of that state's electrical power via the Idukki Dam. Pallipuram Fort

Kodungallur Kovilakam
Kodungallur Kovilakam refers to palace of Royal Family of the late medieval Kingdom of Kodungallur, modern day Kerala state, India. Kodungallur was a feudal principality subordinate to the rulers of the Kingdom of Cochin. Kingdom of Kodungallur was under the protection of the Dutch after 1707 for a few years before returning to its allegiance to the Zamorin. Kodungallur Royal Family had two branches at Cirakkal Kovilakam and at Puttan Kovilakam.
