Beijing West Railway Station
Beijingxi Railway Station or Beijing West Railway Station (Chinese: 北京西站; pinyin: Běijīngxī zhàn; colloquially referred to as West Station 西站) is located in western Beijing's Fengtai District. Opened in early 1996 after three years of construction, it is the largest railway station in Asia with 510,000m². The station serves in average 150,000–180,000 passengers per day with a maximum of 400,000 people per day. It was expanded in 2000 and had a vast amount of parking lots added.
China Central Television Tower
The China Central Television (CCTV) Tower is the tallest structure in Beijing, China. It has an observation deck at 238 metres, and the tip of its antenna reaches a height of 405 metres . Fengtai District is a district of the municipality of Beijing. It lies to the southwest of the city center, extending into the city's southwestern suburbs.
Shijingshan District is an urban district of the municipality of Beijing. It lies to the west of the urban core of Beijing, and is part of the Western Hills area. In Chinese, Babaoshan literally means "The Eight-Treasure Mountains". The cemetery is located in the Shijingshan District, a municipality located in western Beijing.
The MasterCard Center, formerly Beijing Wukesong Culture & Sports Center, is an indoor arena for the 2008 Summer Olympics basketball preliminaries and finals. Ground was broken on 29 March 2005 and construction was completed on 11 January 2008. The stadium has a capacity of 18,000 and covers an area of 63,000 square metres. It was scaled back from its original design due to a 43% budget cut. The stadium was constructed by "Beijing Wukesong Cultural & Sports Co. Ltd.

The Military Museum of the Chinese People's Revolution, or China People's Revolution Military Museum is a museum located in Beijing, China immediately west of central Beijing in Haidian District. It displays restored military equipment from the history of the People's Liberation Army, up to and including modern-day machinery.
Beijing World Park
Beijing World Park is a theme park that attempts to give visitors the chance to see the world without having to leave Beijing. The park covers 46.7 hectares and is located in the southwestern Fengtai District of Beijing. It is about 17 km from Tiananmen, the City center, and 40 km from the Capital International Airport. The park opened in 1993 and is estimated to receive 1.5 million visitors annually.
Beijing National Day School
Beijing National Day School, or Beijing October First School is a junior high and high school in established in 1952. It is located in Yuquanlu, Haidian District, Beijing, China. The school was affiliated with the People's Liberation Army of the People's Republic of China as the unique school for PLA's high level officers' children. It opened to recruit students from 1964 and became a general high school of Beijing, and no longer belongs to the PLA.

The Pagoda of Cishou Temple, originally known as Yong'anwanshou Pagoda, is a 16th century stone and brick Chinese pagoda located in the Buddhist Cishou Temple of Balizhuang, a suburb of Beijing, China. This octagonal-shaped pagoda is roughly 50 m (164 ft) tall, with elaborate ornamental carvings, thirteen tiers of eaves, and a small steeple.

Wanping Fortress, also known as Wanping Castle is a Ming Dynasty fortress, or "walled city" in Beijing. It was erected in 1638–1640, with the purpose of defending Beijing against Li Zicheng and the peasant uprising. It lies adjacent to the Lugou Bridge. The Wanping Fortress has two gates, the east gate named Ever Prosperous Gate (永昌门, Yongchangmen), then renamed as Majestic Gate (威严门), and the west gate named as Favorably Govern Gate (顺治门, Shunzhimen).

China Central Television Building
The China Central Television Building is a 112 m 27-storey office tower and television complex at 11 Fuxin Road in Beijing, China. Construction began in 1983 and was completed in 1986 with the official opening in 1987. The tower served as the headquarters for China Central Television until 2012 when the construction of the new headquarters was completed on East Third Ring Road, Guanghua Road, some 15 km to the east.
