Tennessee Technological University, popularly known as Tennessee Tech, is an accredited public university located in Cookeville, Tennessee, US, a city approximately seventy miles (110 km) east of Nashville. It was formerly known as Tennessee Polytechnic Institute (1915), and before that as Dixie College, the name under which it was founded as a private institution in 1909.
Eblen Center
Hooper Eblen Center is a 9,280 seat multi-purpose arena in on the campus of Tennessee Technological University (TTU) in Cookeville, Tennessee. Opened in 1977 and named for former TTU coach and professor Hooper Eblen, it is home to the TTU Golden Eagles basketball and volleyball teams.

It is home to the Tennessee Tech Golden Eagles baseball team of the NCAA Division I Ohio Valley Conference. It has a capacity of 1,100 spectators. It is named for former Tennessee Tech baseball and basketball player Howell Bush, whose 1997 donation allowed stadium lighting to be added to the facility. In the same year, the stadium was dedicated to him.

Cummins Falls is a waterfall on the Blackburn Fork State Scenic River and is located in southern Jackson County, Tennessee. By volume, it is the eighth largest waterfall in Tennessee. The falls, with a total height of seventy-five feet, consist of two drops. The first has a plunge drop of fifty feet, ending in a shallow pool. The second has a cascade drop of twenty-five feet into a larger, deeper pool, or "swimming hole.
