Glenageary
Glenageary (Irish: Gleann na gCaorach, meaning "Glen of the Sheep") is an area in the suburbs of south County Dublin, Ireland, part of Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County. While there is no officially defined boundary, it is surrounded by the areas of Sallynoggin, Dalkey, Dun Laoghaire, Glasthule and Johnstown. The Church of Ireland does have a defined boundary for the Parish of Glenageary.

Dún Laoghaire–Rathdown (Irish: Dún Laoghaire–Ráth an Dúin) is a county in Ireland. It is part of the Dublin Region and is also located in the province of Leinster. It is named after the suburb of Dún Laoghaire and the half-barony of Rathdown. Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council is the local authority for the county. The population of the county is 206,261 according to the 2011 census.

The station has been named Mallin Station since 1966, after Michael Mallin, although it is usually referred to simply as Dún Laoghaire. It has two through platforms and one terminal platform and is served by DART services, the South Eastern Commuter line, and InterCity services to Rosslare Europort via Wexford.

James Joyce Tower and Museum
The James Joyce Tower and Museum is a Martello tower in Sandycove, Dublin, where James Joyce spent six nights in 1904. The tower was leased from the British War Office by Joyce's university friend Oliver St. John Gogarty, with the purpose of "Hellenising" Ireland. Joyce left after an incident in which Gogarty fired a gun in his direction. The opening scenes of Ulysses are set the morning after this incident.
National Maritime Museum of Ireland
The National Maritime Museum of Ireland (Irish: Músaem Mhuirí Náisiúnta na hÉireann) opened in 1978 in the former Mariners' Church in Haigh Terrace, near the centre of Dún Laoghaire town, southeast of Dublin city. The church was built in 1837 for seafarers and remained open until 1971. In 1974 the Church of Ireland and the Maritime Institute of Ireland signed an agreement that led to the museum's opening.
Loreto Abbey, Dalkey
Loreto Abbey Dalkey is a Catholic secondary school for girls, under the auspices of the Sisters of Loreto. The school is owned by the Trust Board of the Sisters of Loreto. Adjoined is also Loreto Girls National School.
Dalkey Quarry
Dalkey Quarry is a disused granite quarry located in the Dublin suburb of Dalkey. It was used for quarrying during the 19th century, and is now part of Killiney Hill Park, a public park. It is one of Ireland's most significant rock-climbing crags.

Ballybrack
Ballybrack (Irish: An Baile Breac, meaning "the speckled townland") is a suburb of Dublin, located in Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown county. It is south of Killiney and northeast of Loughlinstown. Ballybrack has a post office, two public houses, a shopping centre as well as many other local amenities. The local Gaelscoil is Gaelscoil Phádraig, which continues to grow year-on-year from a modest start in 1995.

Bullock Harbour
Bullock Harbour also known as Bulloch Harbour is a small working harbour located near the Heritage Town of Dalkey on the southeast coast of Dublin Bay in Ireland. The harbour is constructed of local granite cut from nearby Dalkey Hill. History Bullock, a small fishing village, has been known to many races, since pre-Christian Druids first built a standing stone circle here (now alas quarried to build the Martello towers).
Manderley Castle
Manderley Castle, formerly "Victoria Castle" and "Ayesha Castle", is a large castellated Irish mansion built in Victorian style, in Killiney, County Dublin, Ireland. It is currently owned by the singer Enya. From the roof of the crenellated turret of the Castle, one may look beyond the Irish coast as far eastward as Wales. The building is surrounded by 14,000 m of manicured garden threaded with sylvan walks.
Kingstown Lifeboat Disaster
The Kingstown Lifeboat Disaster occurred on Christmas Eve 1895 off Kingstown, Ireland, when the Kingstown Lifeboat was capsized while attempting to rescue the crew of the stricken SS Palme. The crew of fifteen were lost. This sad event is commemorated annually at Dun Laoghaire Harbour.

Carlisle Pier
Carlisle Pier, Dún Laoghaire was used by the mailboat which sailed between Dún Laoghaire and Holyhead. The pier was built between 1855 and 1859 and was named after the Earl of Carlisle, then Lord Lieutenant of Ireland. Many Irish people emigrated from it. The RMS Leinster departed from the pier on her final voyage in 1918. In 1953 a passenger lounge was built along the east side of the pier and around the end with sheds added in the 1960s.
Mariners' Church, Dún Laoghaire
The Mariners' Church is a former Church of Ireland church located in Haigh Terrace, near the centre of Dún Laoghaire town, southeast of Dublin city. It now houses the National Maritime Museum of Ireland.
Carrickbrennan Churchyard
Carrickbrennan Churchyard located on Carrickbrennan Road, Monkstown, County Dublin, Ireland is a graveyard that can still be seen today, but is no longer in use. It is notable as the burial place of many people who perished in local maritime disasters. The graveyard stands beside the grounds of Monkstown Park, former estate of Lord Ranelagh and latterly the historian Charles Haliday, now used as rugby pitches by CBC Monkstown Park.
Killiney Hill
Killiney Hill (Irish: Cnoc Chill Iníon Léinín) is the southernmost of the two hills which form the southern boundary of Dublin Bay (the other being Dalkey Hill). Crowned by an obelisk, the hill is 153 metres high and offers beautiful views over the surrounding areas : Dublin to the northwest; the Irish Sea and the mountains of Wales (on a clear day) to the east and southeast; and Bray Head and the Wicklow Mountains to the south.
