We had a torrential rain that lasted a good 5-10 minutes, and this is the aftermath. Lots of street corners were flooded, but these two were the most impressive.

Carlos E. Asay
Carlos Egan Asay (June 12, 1926 – April 10, 1999) was a general authority of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church) from 1976 until his death. Asay was born in Sutherland, Utah, and raised in Monroe, Utah. In 1947, just prior to leaving on his mission, Asay married Colleen Webb, largely due to the encouragement of Don B. Colton, who was at that time president of the Salt Lake Mission Home.
