Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall (Taipei)
The National Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall (Chinese: 國立國父紀念館; pinyin: Guólì Guófù Jìniàn Guǎn; literally "National 'Father of the Nation' Memorial Hall") is located in Taipei, Republic of China (Taiwan). It is a memorial to the Republic of China's National Father, Dr. Sun Yat-sen, and was completed on 1972. The total building area covers 29,464 square metres in an open space of 115,000 square metres .
Neihu District
Neihu District is one of Taipei City's twelve districts. Neihu means "inner lake. " The older name originates from the Ketagalan word Tayour (transliterated by the Dutch as Cattajo), meaning woman's head ornament. Many mountainous roads and paths, which are ideal for hiking, connect Neihu with the neighboring Shilin District and Yangmingshan National Park.
Xinyi District
The Xinyi District (meaning "honesty") is the seat of the Taipei mayor's office and the Taipei City Government. Key buildings including Taipei 101, Taipei City Council, Taipei International Convention Center, Taipei World Trade Center, and various shopping malls and entertainment venues make Xinyi the most modern cosmopolitan district of Taipei. Xinyi District is also considered the financial district of Taipei. The National Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall is also located in the district.
Taipei Medical University
Taipei Medical University is located in Taipei's Xinyi District. First founded as Taipei Medical College in 1960, it was renamed as Taipei Medical University in 2000. It is composed of seven colleges (College of Medicine, College of Oral Medicine, College of Pharmacy, College of Nursing, College of Public Health and Nutrition, College of Medical Science and Technology, and College of Humanity and Social Science) and three affiliated hospitals located throughout southern Taipei.
Taipei Arena
Taipei Arena is an indoor sporting arena located in Taipei, Taiwan. Built in 2005, the large multi-purpose stadium can accommodate major international sport events such as ice skating, ice hockey, gymnastics, handball, basketball, tennis, badminton, table tennis, indoor soccer, boxing, judo, karate, taekwondo and wrestling. It is currently operated by the Eastern Media Group (東森集團), which won the bid to operate the arena for nine years.
Taipei Municipal Stadium
Taipei Municipal Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Taipei, Taiwan. The original stadium, built in 1956, was used mostly for track and field events and was able to hold 16,000 people. It was demolished and reconstructed for the 2009 Summer Deaflympics between December 2006 and July 2009.
Taipei Dome
Taipei Dome is a multi-use stadium in Taipei, Taiwan, that was to start construction in 2007 and complete in 2011, although the start date has been delayed until October 2011. In addition to the stadium, the complex will include commercial facilities, including a shopping mall, movie theater, hotel, and office space. Once completed, it will be used mostly for baseball games but also can be used for other sporting events such as football and softball.

Taipei Municipal Baseball Stadium
Taipei Municipal Baseball Stadium was a baseball park located in the Songshan District of Taipei, Taiwan. It was opened in 1959, and hosted numerous major baseball games over the years, including the CPBL's first game in 1990 between Uni-President Lions and Brother Elephants. During its professional years, the stadium was frequently taken as the home stadium of Brother Elephants, Wei Chuan Dragons, and mercuries Tigers. It was closed and demolished in 2000.
Nangang Station
Nangang Station (南港車站) is a major railway station located in Nangang, Taipei, Taiwan, parallel to Zhongxiao East Road. The station serves several modes of public transportation, including the bus system, Taiwan Railway Administration, and Taipei Metro. The station will also be the future terminus of the Taiwan High Speed Rail and is currently under construction.
Core Pacific City
Core Pacific City, also known as the Living Mall is a shopping center in Taipei, Taiwan, and has a total floor space of 204,190 square meters. Built in 2001, the structure is a complex of two buildings - an L-shaped building which contains specialty boutiques connected to a sphere which contains the Mira Department Store. The complex consists of 12 above-ground stories and 7 underground levels. When it first opened, the mall was open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
