Stadionul Michael Klein
Michael Klein Stadium is a multi-use stadium in Hunedoara, Romania. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home ground of FC Hunedoara. The stadium holds 16,500 people. Also Corvinul Hunedoara played on this stadium until the club was dissolved. The stadium is named after Michael Klein the Romanian international footballer who died on the pitch. It is the 18th stadium in the country by capacity.
Ulpia Traiana Sarmizegetusa
Colonia Ulpia Traiana Augusta Dacica Sarmizegetusa was the capital and the largest city of Roman Dacia, later named Ulpia Traiana Sarmizegetusa after the former Dacian capital, located some 40 km away. Built on the ground of a camp of the Fifth Macedonian Legion, the city was settled by veterans of the Dacian wars. From the very beginning it received the title of colonia and the status of ius Italicum.
Hateg Country Dinosaur Geopark
The Haţeg Country is a territory that hosts probably the richest cultural patrimony of Romania. Here are found some of the oldest churches from North of Danube River, the largest concentration of medieval sites and monuments in Romania and a big number of architectural monuments, all included in the National Patrimony.
