Beltany stone circle

Beltany is a neolithic stone circle just south of Raphoe town in County Donegal, Ireland. It dates from around 1400-800 BC and comprises 64 stones around a low earth platform or tumulus, situated at the summit of Tops Hill. One stone is decorated with cup marks and many of the stones stand at an angle after being disturbed around a hundred years ago. There may originally have been about 80 stones. A single stone about 2 metres high stands to the southeast of the circle.

St Eunan's Cathedral (also known as Raphoe Cathedral) is one of two cathedral churches of the United Dioceses of Derry and Raphoe in the Church of Ireland. It is located in Raphoe, County Donegal. The other diocesan cathedral is St Columb's Cathedral). The building of Raphoe cathedral was started by the first Church of Ireland Bishop of Raphoe, The Rt. Rev. Dr. George Montgomery around 1605.

Raphoe Castle

Raphoe Castle is a ruined 17th-century castle near Raphoe, County Donegal, Ireland. The castle was built in 1636 by the Bishop of Raphoe, John Leslie from stone from a ruined round tower. Leslie was laid siege to within the castle during the Irish Rebellion of 1641, until he was relieved by the Lagganeer army. Leslie was laid siege again during the Cromwellian conquest of Ireland, with the castle surrendering in 1650.
