Tapiola
Tapiola or Hagalund is a district of Espoo on the south coast of Finland, and is one of the major urban centres of Espoo. The name Tapiola is derived from Tapio, who is the forest god of Finnish mythology, especially as expressed in the Kalevala, the national epic of Finland. Tapiola was largely constructed in the 1950s and 1960s by the Finnish apartment foundation and was designed as a garden city. It is the location for the Espoo cultural centre.
Matinkylä
Matinkylä or Mattby is one of the major urban areas of Espoo, a city on the southern coast of Finland. Matinkylä is understood as the area between the Helsinki-Hanko highway and the coast of the Gulf of Finland, between the areas of Haukilahti and Iivisniemi. About 30 000 people live in the Greater Matinkylä area, consisting of Matinkylä itself and the neighbouring areas of Olari and Henttaa. Iso Omena ("the Big Apple"), one of Finland's biggest shopping malls, is situated in Matinkylä.
Haukilahti
Haukilahti or Gäddvik is a mainly residential district in the city of Espoo, Finland. Haukilahti is situated immediately west of the more commercially attractive district of Westend, which itself borders the Gulf of Finland to the east, beyond which lies the neighbouring city of Helsinki, the Finnish capital. To the south, Haukilahti is bordered by the Gulf of Finland, and Matinkylä lies to the west. Haukilahti is a quiet, peaceful district with lots of trees and park areas.
Länsiväylä
Länsiväylä is a motorway in the Greater Helsinki area of Finland, mainly at the Helsinki conurbation. It is part of the Finnish national road 51. The road begins in Ruoholahti in western Helsinki and continues west through the island of Lauttasaari and then across the city border to Espoo. The Länsiväylä road continues all the way throughout the southern part of Espoo. When finally crossing the border west to Kirkkonummi, Länsiväylä becomes a smaller road called Jorvaksentie.
Mankkaa
Mankkaa or Mankans is a suburb of Espoo, located between Tapiola and Kauniainen, with a population of 7,704 (2006), of which 704 speak Swedish as a first language (2005). Most of Mankkaa falls under the postal code 02180, with 02630 being the code of the areas situated near the Helsinki-Turku freeway in the north. The main thoroughfare in Mankkaa is Mankkaantie, which had been heavily congested with traffic during rush hours until Ring II was completed in 2000.
Tapiolan Urheilupuisto
Tapiolan urheilupuisto is a multi-use stadium in Tapiola, Espoo, Finland. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home stadium of FC Honka. The stadium holds 5,000 and it was built in 1970. There are plans for a brand new 13,000 seater stadium with a retractable roof.

Heikintori is a shopping centre in Tapiola, Espoo, Finland. Heikintori is the oldest shopping centre in the entire country of Finland. It includes many shops including clothes and electronics shops, many restaurants, and a barber's shop. There are about 187,000 inhabitants in Heikintori's sphere of influence. The number of households is about 81,000. The annual consumption power of the area is almost 3.1 billion euro (2006).

EMMA – Espoo Museum of Modern Art
The EMMA – Espoo Museum of Modern Art (Finnish: EMMA - Espoon modernin taiteen museo, Swedish: EMMA - Esbo moderna konstmuseum), is a major art museum in Espoo in southern Finland. After the founding of Espoo Art Museum Foundation in September 2002, EMMA opened its doors for visitors in 2006. With its 5000 square metre exhibition space, it is the largest museum in the whole of Finland.
Ring II
Ring II (pronounced "ring two", Finnish: Kehä II, Swedish: Ring II) in the region of Espoo is one of the major highways in Finland, . The road runs north-south, connecting Turuntie in the north, to Länsiväylä in the south. Despite its name suggesting a circle, it has not been built as a true beltway yet, unlike the parallel Ring I and Ring III highways.
Haukilahti water tower
The Haukilahti water tower is located in Haukilahti in southern Espoo, Finland. The water tower was built in 1968 and owned by the Espoo waterworks. The diameter of the tower is 45.3 m and its volume is 4000 m³. The height of the tower is 45.3 m and from sea level 76.3 m. In the top part of the water tower is a restaurant called Haikaranpesä ("Stork's nest"). It is a very popular restaurant and many businessmen and tourists go there to eat.
Barona Areena
Barona Areena (from 1999 to January 2009 LänsiAuto Areena) is an arena in Espoo, Finland, located by the ice rink and the fair center, in Tapiola. It was opened in 1999 and holds 7017 people for ice-hockey games or 8414 for concerts. Its sponsor is Finland’s largest chain of fast food hamburger outlets and restaurants, Hesburger OY. Primarily used for ice hockey, it is the home arena of the Espoo Blues, one of the Finnish Championship League's fourteen teams.

Taidepoliisi (Finnish for "arts police") is a statue designed by Pekka Kauhanen, located in Espoo, Finland, in the roundabout between Pohjantie and Ahertajantie. The statue directs the public to the Espoo Museum of Modern Art (Emma), located in the WeeGee house. The statue was revealed 4 October 2006, shortly before Emma's opening. It is cast from bronze and stands on a pedestal made of stainless steel. With the pedestal, the height of the statue is about five metres.
WeeGee house
The WeeGee house is the former printing house of the Weilin+Göös press, located on Ahertajantie in Tapiola, Espoo, Finland. The first two phases of the building were designed by architect Aarno Ruusuvuori. Nowadays, the protected building serves as the largest exhibition centre in Finland. The entirety of the exhibition centre was opened for the public in October 2006.
Niittykumpu metro station
Niittykumpu or Ängskulla is a planned underground station to be built on the western metro extension of the Helsinki Metro in Finland, which is currently under construction.
