University of Tartu

Raadi Airfield
Tartu Air Base (Raadi Airfield) is a former air base in Estonia located 4 km northeast of Tartu. It is a fairly extensive base with 24 large revetments and over 30 small ones. It was home to 132 TBAP (132nd Heavy Bomber Aviation Regiment) which flew Tupolev Tu-16 and Tupolev Tu-22M aircraft. It was also a transport base with the 192 and/or 196 VTAP (Military Transport Aviation Regiment) flying Ilyushin Il-76M cargo jets until 1990. These jets were relocated to Tver.
Raudsild
Raudsild (Iron Bridge) was a footbridge across Emajõgi in Tartu, Estonia, which was opened on 3 June 1993, and dismantled again in 2007. The pedestrian bridge had a minor design flaw, which made it gyrate noticeably at even minor impacts, like a normal sized person jumping or running across it. The bridge was taken apart in 2007 to be replaced by Vabaduse Bridge, a 3-lane traffic bridge opened in the summer of 2009.
Raadi cemetery
The Raadi cemetery, Estonian: Raadi kalmistu) is the oldest and largest burial ground in Tartu, Estonia, dating back to 1773. Many prominent historical figures are buried there. It is also the largest Baltic German cemetery in Estonia after the destruction of Kopli cemetery in Tallinn. Until 1841, it was the only cemetery in the town. The cemetery currently includes several smaller graveyard sections, the oldest of which date back to 1773.
Hugo Treffner Gymnasium
Hugo Treffner Gymnasium (Estonian: Hugo Treffneri Gümnaasium; abbreviated as HTG) is a secondary school in Tartu, Estonia with special emphasis on science education. Founded by Hugo Treffner, it was the only large secondary school in 19th century Estonia with dominantly Estonian students and no age restrictions. During the Estonian national awakening, the school greatly contributed to the numbers of Estonian intellectuals.

University of Tartu Botanical Gardens
The University of Tartu Botanical Gardens (Estonian: Tartu Ülikooli Botaanikaaed), is a botanical garden in Tartu, Estonia. It belongs to the University of Tartu. The Garden was established in 1803. Originally, it was located at Vanemuise street near what is now the Vanemuine Small Theatre House. In 1806, the garden was relocated to a more suitable site, on a former bastion at Lai street on the northern side of the old town.
Annelinn
Annelinn is a neighbourhood of Tartu, Estonia, located on the left bank of Emajõgi River. It has a population of 27,480 (as of 31 December 2011), which makes 27,89% of the whole city. With an area of 5.41 km . it is also the largest. Annelinn mainly consists of 5 and 9-storey Soviet apartment buildings. The project was made between 1969–1973 by Mart Port and Maie Meelak from "Eesti Projekt". It was originally planned to consist of four microdistricts but only two got finished.
