Albertslund Municipality
Albertslund Municipality is a municipality in Region Hovedstaden on the island of Zealand in eastern Denmark. The municipality covers an area of 23,04 km², and has a total population of 27,885 (1 October 2012). Its mayor is Steen Christiansen, a member of the Social Democrats (Socialdemokraterne) political party. As of 2010 the social democrats have 9 of the 21 seats in the city council. The main town and the site of its municipal council is the town of Albertslund.

Egon Olsen
Egon Olsen (12 March 1925) is a fictional character in the Danish film series The Olsen Gang and the Norwegian film series Olsenbanden. He is portrayed by Ove Sprogøe in the Danish movies and by Arve Opsahl in the Norwegian versions. In the Swedish version of the series, Jönssonligan, his part was taken by the character Charles Ingvar "Sickan" Jönsson, played by Gösta Ekman (and in the later films by other characters, played by different actors).
Aastrup
Five villages in Denmark are named Aastrup (Åstrup in the post-1948 Danish Orthography) including Aastrup, Falster. The name means "village by a stream" in English. As in many of the names of small Danish villages and towns, Aastrup is also a surname (though not very common). Aastrup (or Åstrup) as a surname implies ancestry from one of the villages.

Høje Taastrup station is a railway station in Høje-Taastrup municipality, Denmark, opened on 31 May 1986. The station is one of the largest in Denmark. It is the terminus of S-train services B and B+ on the Taastrup radial, and it is serviced by regional and InterCity and even international trains, as well as express bus 400S. At the south end of the railroad station complex stands "Thor's Tower" (Torstårnet), the tallest sculpture in the Nordic countries.

Kroppedal
Kroppedal Museum in Denmark, 20 km from Copenhagen, was established in 2003. Kroppedal is the national museum of Danish astronomy, has a large archaeological unit, and an ethnological unit specializing in modern society. The museum has a permanent exhibition centred around the famous astromer and engineer Ole Rømer (1644-1710), and its collections include his only surviving pendulum clock.

The mall houses the largest Bilka in the world and has more than 135 stores and restaurants. The mall has 3200 free parking lots as shopping in the mall is mainly car based. The mall employs more than 1500 people making it the largest work place in Greve Municipality.

Smørumnedre is a suburb in Egedal Municipality, the Capital Region of Denmark in Denmark, adjoining with Måløv in Ballerup Municipality. approx. 20 km west of Copenhagen. The suburb has a population of 9,388 and 19,059 in the total urban area including Måløv (1 January 2011). The majority of the population lives in Single-family detached homes. The city have 3 elementary schools - Boesagerskolen, Balsmoseskolen and Søagerskolen. Smørumnedre contains a small mall, with a few shops.

Hundige is a suburb 18 kilometres south-west of Copenhagen. The suburb was originally a small town, but was made to a suburb in the 1960s. The Hundige StorCenter a large shopping mall was built in 1974 and the suburb was connected with the S-train network in 1976.

Askerød is a concrete housing project in Hundige a suburb south of Copenhagen. The housing project is made up by 3-4 story concrete building and contains 722 apartments. The area have several times been referred to as an immigrant ghetto, by the Danish media. The majority of people living in "Askerød" is immigrants and Danes born by immigrants, most of whom are under the age of 18.
Glostrup Hospital
The Glostrup Hospital is located in the township of Glostrup 8 km from the center of Copenhagen in Denmark. It is owned and managed by the regional health authority of the Greater Copenhagen region, Region Hovedstaden. A teaching hospital for students of multiple vocations, the Glostrup Hospital is affiliated with the University of Copenhagen and more than 200 of its employees hold academic posts at the university, including 14 professorial chairs.
The Institution of Herstedvester
The Institution of Herstedvester is a closed prison in Herstedvester, Denmark, for treatment under the Danish Prison and Probation Service. It houses convicted felons and in some cases also people with custody rulings in need of psychiatric assistance and observation. Herstedvester was built in 1935 for the detention and imprisonment of psychopaths. The names are now changed, but it is still common for prisoners in this institution to have some kind of mental illness.

Herstedøster Church
Herstedøster Church is a church in the northern outskirts of Albertslund, Albertslund Municipality, Denmark. In medieval times, the Romanesque church was dedicated to Saint Nicholas. The tower is of late-Gothic origin. The church interior was given a major renovation in 1994 by Alan Havsteen-Mikkelsen. In 1973, R. Smalley discovered frescoes dated to around 1175, probably the date of origin of the church. On 1 February 2009 a major fire broke out at the church.

Taastrup Water Tower is a defunct water tower in Taastrup, a western suburb of Copenhagen, Denmark. The distinctive structure now serves as an observation tower and local landmark, readily visible when approaching Copenhagen from the west along Roskildevejen.
