Haller Lake, Seattle
Haller Lake is a small lake and neighborhood in north central Seattle, Washington, US, named for Theodore N. Haller, who platted the neighborhood in 1905. His father, Granville O. Haller, was one of Seattle's early settlers, an army officer who amassed a large estate in the region. The Duwamish tribe called the lake "Calmed Down a Little", probably referring to the lake site as a place of refuge during slave raids.

Northgate is an informal district of neighborhoods in north urban Seattle, Washington, named for and surrounding Northgate Mall, the first covered mall in the United States. McCurdy Park (Seattle)
McCurdy Park is a 1.5-acre park in the Montlake neighborhood of the U.S. city of Seattle, Washington. Currently home to the Museum of History and Industry, it is effectively bounded on the west by the museum and East Montlake Park, on the south by State Route 520, on the east by the Washington Park Arboretum, and on the north by Union Bay marshland. However, there is no obvious demarcation between McCurdy Park, East Montlake Park, and the Arboretum.
Cedar Park, Seattle
Cedar Park is a neighborhood in the Lake City district of Seattle, Washington. The name generally refers to the residential neighborhoods east of Lake City adjoining Lake Washington. The "Cedar Park" name comes from the plats that subdivided the land along Lake Washington that had previously belonged to the Puget Mill Company. Victory Heights, Seattle
Victory Heights is a neighborhood in the Lake City district of Seattle, Washington. It was named after the Victory Highway, which formed the eastern border of the area. The highway was originally called the Gerhart Erickson Road, the namesake of which was Gerhart Erickson, who sponsored the Good Roads legislation in 1903. The road was then renamed Bothell Road, changed to Victory Highway in 1924, before returning to Bothell Road; it is now called Lake City Way NE.

Picardo Farm is a 98,000 sq ft . parcel of property in Wedgwood, Seattle, Washington, consisting largely of 281 plots used for gardening allotments. It is the original P-Patch (the local term for such community gardens): the "P" originally stood for "Picardo", after the family who owned it.
