Alabama Music Hall of Fame
The Alabama Music Hall of Fame, first conceived by the Muscle Shoals Music Association in the early 1980s, was created by the Alabama Music Hall of Fame Board, which then saw to its Phase One construction of a 12,500 sq ft after a state-wide referendum in 1987. It currently stands in the town of Tuscumbia, Alabama.

Dust Cave
Dust Cave is a Paleoindian archaeology site located in northern Alabama. It is in the Highland Rim in the limestone bluffs that overlook Coffee Slough, a tributary of the Tennessee River. The site was occupied during the Pleistocene and early Holocene eras. 1LU496, another name for Dust Cave, was occupied seasonally for 7,000 years. The cave was first discovered in 1984 by Dr. Richard Cobb and first excavated in 1989 under Dr. Boyce Driskell from the University of Alabama.
Alabama Renaissance Faire
The Alabama Renaissance Faire is Renaissance fair reenactment in downtown Florence, Alabama in Wilson Park. Party, the festival is a celebration of Florence's "Renaissance City" identity. Activities taking place during the Faire include arts and crafts, magicians, reenactments, and musical performances. Festival-goers are invited to dress in period clothing. The Faire takes place on the fourth weekend in October. The event is free and charges no admission fees to the public.
