Clinton, Iowa
Clinton is a city in and the county seat of Clinton County, Iowa, United States. The population was 26,885 as of 2010. Clinton, along with DeWitt, Iowa (also located in Clinton County), was named in honor of the sixth governor of New York, DeWitt Clinton. Clinton is the principal city of the Clinton Micropolitan Statistical Area, which is coterminous with Clinton County. Clinton was incorporated on January 26, 1857.

Ashford University Field is a stadium in Clinton, Iowa. It is primarily used for baseball, and is the home field of the Clinton LumberKings minor league baseball team of the Midwest League. It was built in 1937 and its capacity is 4,000 fans.

The Mark N. Morris Bridge (locally called the North Bridge) is a 2 lane automobile truss bridge across the Mississippi River in the United States. It connects the cities of Clinton, Iowa and Fulton, Illinois. (The town of Lyons, Iowa, was annexed to Clinton in 1895, but the north end of the city is still referred to as Lyons; hence the name Lyons-Fulton Bridge). The bridge is the terminus of both Iowa Highway 136 and Illinois Route 136.

KROS is a commercial radio station serving the Clinton, Iowa area. The station primarily broadcasts a Variety format featuring oldies, sports and news. KROS is licensed to KROS Broadcasting, Inc. and is a CBS news affiliate. Prior to CBS, KROS aired hourly news from CNN, and had also been an affiliate of the Mutual Broadcasting System until that network's demise. The station began broadcasting in 1941, and was in AM Stereo at one time.

Currently ran by producing artistic director Tommy Iafrate the showboat has been drydocked on the Army Corps of Engineers Levee. With a 217 seat theater the Clinton Showboat has produced musicals and comedies for 21 years.
