Bergen Handelsgymnasium
Bergen Handelsgymnasium (BHG) is an upper secondary school in Bergen, Norway. Established in 1904, it is one of the oldest gymnasia in the country. The school is known to have high admission requirements and able pupuls. Furthermore, the school is known for its projects regarding internationalisation, differentiation and interdisciplinarity.
Bergen Station
Bergen Station is the main railway station in the city of Bergen, Norway. It is a terminal station on the Bergen Line, and serves trains from Oslo as well as the Bergen Commuter Rail from Arna, Voss and Myrdal. It is located on the east side of the city centre and has four platforms. The station was opened in 1913, four years after the Bergen Line itself opened; it replaced a former main station that was located further west. The station building is one of the grandest in Norway.

Grieg Hall
The Grieg Hall is a 1,500 seat concert hall in Bergen, Norway. It has been the home of the Bergen Philharmonic Orchestra since the hall's completion in 1978. It hosted the Eurovision Song Contest in 1986, and is the host of the annual Norwegian Brass Band Championship competition, which occurs in mid-winter. The hall is named after Bergen-born composer Edvard Grieg, who was music director of the Bergen Philharmonic Orchestra from 1880 until 1882.
Haukelandshallen
Haukelandshallen is an indoor sport arena in Årstad borough, Bergen, Norway. It holds 5,000 people. The arena hosts mainly team handball matches, is the home arena for Tertnes IL and hosted the 2008 European Men's Handball Championship. The basketball team Ulriken Eagles also plays there.
Bergen Storsenter
Bergen Storsenter is the largest shopping centre in central Bergen, Norway, with a turnover of 1,024 billion Norwegian krone in 2002. The first shopping centre on this location opened in 1988 and was called Bystasjonen. In 1999 Bergen Storsenter opened, at which point the number of stores had grown from c. 30 to 72.

Krohnsminde
Krohnsminde kunstgressbane is a municipality-owned sports ground and football stadium located in the city of Bergen, Norway, near Danmarks plass in the borough of Årstad. It was the home of the football club Løv-Ham until 2008. The western terrace of Krohnsminde kunstgressbane was demolished in November/December 2008 to make room for a new hospital building. The terrace was designed by the architect Ole Landmark and finished in 1947.

Danmarksplass
Danmarksplass is a square in Årstad borough in the city of Bergen, Norway. Today most famous as one of Norway's busiest road intersections, it was originally known as "Kronstadtorget". After World War II, it received its current name in honour of Denmark's humanitarian efforts in Norway during the war. "Danmarksplass" is commonly used also to describe the immediate surroundings of the square, e.g. Krohnsminde kunstgressbane.
Solheimsviken
Solheimsviken is a bay and a neighbourhood in the city of Bergen, Norway. The bay is situated at the end of the strait of Damsgårdssundet, near Store Lungegårdsvann. Located near the city centre of Bergen, Solheimsviken was the first urbanized area in Årstad municipality (now Årstad borough). Solheimsviken has traditionally been dominated by heavy industry, although none of this remains.
Minde, Bergen
Minde is a neighbourhood in the southwestern part of Årstad borough in Bergen, Norway, south of Solheim and Kronstad, west of Landås, and north of Fjøsanger and Storetveit in Fana borough. Parts of Minde were in Fana municipality before the merger of 1972. It is home to the Bergen offices of the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation and Tine, and the headquarters of the shipping company Odfjell. The area is served by one elementary school, Minde skole.
Hulen
Hulen ('The Cave') is a student-driven rock club in Bergen, Norway, that opened on 17 May 1969. Hulen has its premises in an old bomb shelter below Nygårdshøyden in the city center of Bergen. The shelter is rented from the Norwegian Civil Defence. During its 40 years of existence Hulen has been threatened with bankruptcy etc. , but has managed to continue because of their volunteers and supporters.
Kronstad, Bergen
Kronstad is a neighbourhood in Årstad borough, Bergen, Norway. It is located in the north of the borough, south of Store Lungegårdsvannet, east of Solheim, north of Minde, west of Landås, and west of Møllendal and Haukeland in Bergenhus borough. The neighbourhood was named after the farm of Kronstad (whose successor is the Kronstad Hovedgård manor house), which was formerly known as "Hunstad". After the vicar of Bergen Cathedral purchased the farm in 1705, the name was changed to "Cronstad".
Nygård Bridge
Nygård Bridge is a series of parallel bridges that cross Strømmen, the sound entering Store Lungegårdsvannet, in Bergen, Norway. Old Nygård Bridge dates from 1854 and carries the two tracks of the Bergen Light Rail as well as pedestrians and cyclists. New Nygård Bridge opened in 1978, and carries six lanes of European Route E39. New Nygård Bridge II, built in 2008, carries the two lanes of the street Nygårdsgaten. The old bridge was opened in 1854 as a pedestrian and vehicle bridge.
Nygårdstangen
Nygårdstangen is a small peninsula on the southeastern end of the city center of Bergen, Norway, bordering the inlet Store Lungegårdsvann. Most of the peninsula is occupied by an interchange. It is the meeting place of E16, E39 and National Road 555. To the northeast, the Fløyfjell Tunnel, where E16 and E39 run commonly, mouthes out into interchange, as does E39 from the south via the Nygård Bridge. To the west, 555 terminates at the intersection, arriving via the Nygård Tunnel.
Bergen Student-TV
Bergen Student-TV (BSTV) is a local community television station based in Bergen, Norway. The channel's main purpose is to deliver news and entertainment to students of Bergen. The employees are students, working voluntarily to get more media experience. Until 2009 BSTV had weekly shows on the local broadcaster BTV. The station also broadcasts some programs online. In addition some of the material produced is sent on the national community TV network, Frikanalen.
Natural Science Building (University of Bergen)
The Natural Science Building is located in Allégaten 41 at Nygårdshøyden in Bergen, right next to Nygårdsparken. The building is a part of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences at the University of Bergen. The building was drawn by architect Harald Ramm Østgård, and built between 1963-1977. The Sciences Building is one of Norway's largest buildings with 47000 square meters usable area. The building is considered one of the best examples of brutalistic architecture in Bergen.
