Brann Stadion

Brann Stadion is a football stadium in Bergen, Norway. It was constructed in 1919, and has been the home of the football club Brann ever since. The stadium lies 3 km south of the centre of the city, at the foot of Mount Ulriken. Fantoft Stave Church

Fantoft Stave Church is a reconstructed stave church in the Fana borough of the city of Bergen, Norway. The church was originally built in Fortun in Sogn, a village near inner or eastern end of Sognefjord around the year 1150. In the 19th century the church was threatened by demolition, as were hundreds of other stave churches in Norway. The church was bought by consul Fredrik Georg Gade and saved by moving it in pieces to Fantoft near (now in) Bergen in 1883.

Nesttun

Nesttun is an urban centre and neighbourhood in the southern parts of the city of Bergen, Norway, located approximately 10 km south of the city centre. It was the centre of Fana municipality, which merged with Bergen in 1972, and is today the administration centre of Fana borough. Nesttun contains a mall, several smaller shops, and a library. A problem facing Nesttun is flooding after heavy rain. In 2005 heavy rain caused the river that flows through the town to break its banks.

Troldhaugen

Troldhaugen was the home of Norwegian composer Edvard Grieg and his wife Nina Grieg. Troldhaugen is located in Bergen, Norway and consists of the Edvard Grieg Museum, Grieg’s villa, the hut where he composed music, and his and his wife's gravesite. The building was designed by Grieg's cousin, the architect Schak Bull. The name comes from trold meaning troll and haug from the Old Norse word haugr meaning hill or knoll.

Krohnsminde kunstgressbane is a municipality-owned sports ground and football stadium located in the city of Bergen, Norway, near Danmarks plass in the borough of Årstad. It was the home of the football club Løv-Ham until 2008. The western terrace of Krohnsminde kunstgressbane was demolished in November/December 2008 to make room for a new hospital building. Nordåsvannet is a bay in Bergen, in Hordaland, Norway. Located south of the city centre, it separates the boroughs of Fana and Ytrebygda from Fyllingsdalen. Kronstad is a neighbourhood in Årstad borough, Bergen, Norway. It is located in the north of the borough, south of Store Lungegårdsvannet, east of Solheim, north of Minde, west of Landås, and west of Møllendal and Haukeland in Bergenhus borough. The neighbourhood was named after the farm of Kronstad (whose successor is the Kronstad Hovedgård manor house), which was formerly known as "Hunstad". After the vicar of Bergen Cathedral purchased the farm in 1705, the name was changed to "Cronstad".
