Amerikamura
Amerikamura (アメリカ村, American Village) is usually referred to by locals as "Ame-mura. " It is a sizable retail and entertainment area near Shinsaibashi in the Minami district of Osaka, Japan. Amerikamura is identifiable by a small-scale reproduction of the Statue of Liberty that peers down on the streets.

Shinsaibashi
Shinsaibashi (心斎橋) is a district in the Chūō-ku ward of Osaka, Japan and the city's main shopping area. It centers around Shinsaibashi-suji, a covered shopping street, that is north of Dōtonbori and parallel and east of Mido-suji street. Associated with Shinsaibashi, and west of Mido-suji street, is Amerika-mura, an American-themed shopping area and center of Osaka's youth culture. Major stores and boutiques concentrates are found around the area. Shinsaibashi is easily accessed via the subway.

Tekijuku
Tekijuku (適塾) was a school established in Senba, Osaka, in 1838 during the Tenpō era of the late Edo period. Its founder was Ogata Kōan, a doctor and scholar of Dutch studies. Some of the school's notable alumni include Fukuzawa Yukichi, Ōmura Masujirō and Takeda Ayasaburō. The school was one of the predecessors of Osaka University and Keio University.

Osaka Science Museum
The Osaka Science Museum is a science museum in Naka-no-shima, Kita-ku, Osaka, Japan. The museum is located between the Dōjima River and the Tosabori River, above Osaka's subterranean National Museum of Art. Opened in 1989, the museum was constructed to mark the 100th anniversary of Osaka City. The construction was funded through a 6.5 billion yen donation toward building costs from Kansai Electric. Its theme is "The Universe and Energy" and it was opened in 1989.
Shinmachi
Shinmachi (新町) was a yūkaku (遊廓、遊郭, pleasure quarter, courtesan's district) in Osaka, built between 1615 and 1623, and operating until its destruction in World War II. It was situated roughly two kilometers southwest of Nakanoshima. Today, it is mostly a tourist attraction and historical site. Throughout the Edo period (1603–1868), there was widespread male and female prostitution throughout the cities of Kyoto, Edo, and Osaka.
National Museum of Art, Osaka
The National Museum of Art is a subterranean Japanese art museum located on the island of Nakanoshima, located between the Dōjima River and the Tosabori River, about 5 minutes west of Higobashi Station in central Osaka. The official Japanese title of the museum translates as the "National Museum of International Art". The museum is also known by the English acronym NMAO (National Museum of Art, Osaka).
Nakanoshima Park
The Nakanoshima Park (中之島公園 Nakanoshima kōen) is the first public park opened by Osaka in 1891, after its foundation as a city. It is located in Kita ward, on the Nakanoshima (中之島) sandbank, lying between Dōjima and Tosabori Rivers. The 11 hectare park houses public facilities such as Osaka Central Public Hall, Osaka Prefectural Nakanoshima Library and Museum of Oriental Ceramics. It also holds a rose garden. The City Hall of Osaka building is located on its west end.

Festival Hall, Osaka
Festival Hall, Osaka is a concert hall in Kita-ku, Osaka, Japan, run by the Asahi Building Co. , Ltd. , a Japanese real estate company controlling properties of the Asahi Shimbun Company, and is housed in the Festival Tower, a skyscraper. The new hall will open on April 3, 2013. The new hall has 2,700 seats, the same number of seats the original hall had. The hall was home to the Osaka Philharmonic Orchestra until the original hall was closed.

Utsubo Park
Utsubo Park is a large public, urban park, situated at Utsubo-Hommachi in Nishi-ku, Osaka, Japan. The park was constructed at the site of a former air field of United States Army, so the land is long rectangle shape characteristic of a runway (700m x 150m). This place was one of the busiest fish wholesale market (Zakoba fish market and Utsubo dried fish market), from Edo period until 1931, at that time a new wholesale market was opened at Fukushima ward.
Utsubo Tennis Center
The Utsubo Tennis Center is a tennis complex situated in the Utsubo Park, Nishi-ku, Osaka, Japan. The complex is the host of the annual WTA Tour stop, the HP Open. The stadium court has a capacity of 5,000 people, second court has a capacity of 500 people.
Hajime (restaurant)
Hajime, officially Hajime Restaurant Gastronomique is a restaurant in Osaka, Japan named after its owner and chef Hajime Yoneda (born 1972). The restaurant was opened in May 2008 and only a year and a half later received a three-star rating in the Michelin Guide, the only restaurant in Osaka to receive that distinction.
