Taylorsville is a city in Salt Lake County, Utah, United States. It is part of the Salt Lake City, Utah Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 58,657 at the 2010 census. Taylorsville was incorporated from the Taylorsville-Bennion CDP and portions of the Kearns CDP on April 24, 1996. The city is located adjacent to interstate 215 and Bangerter Highway. It is centrally located in the middle of the Salt Lake Valley.

West Jordan High School

Utah Olympic Oval

Belle S. Spafford

Marion Isabelle Sims Smith Spafford (October 8, 1895 – February 2, 1982) was the ninth general president of the Relief Society of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church) from April 6, 1945 until October 3, 1974. Jordan Valley is a TRAX (light rail) light rail station with an island platform in West Jordan, Utah, United States. The station opened 7 August 2011 as part of the Red Line and is operated by the Utah Transit Authority (UTA). It is the closest station to the Bangerter Highway, and is the only TRAX station other than Draper with a parking structure (rather than a lot) for park-and-ride use.
